Having ths same issue with mine 2012 Hyrbrid XLE. I think the fans or fan control module failed around 130k miles. I replaced the fan control module first and that got one of the fans working. But the left driver side fan would not come one. Soo, looking to replace both fans.

Same I have a 2013 avalon hybrid. My fans went out on me and my AC would only blow cool when driving. I just have to install it, hope your install went successful.
