How did you get the two cam set so you put the chain on

Probably multiple issues going on here. Trailer weight looks like center of mass is forward of roll center (btwn axles) but maybe not far enough forward to achieve the stability that the chevy needs it to have naturally at its smaller size. This is not a U-Haul trailer. Not sure if it even has functional brakes. Probably lots of over-correcting too.

Did you torque the axle nut?

Sorry I haven't thanked you guys about the help you all gave me. I haven't ben on because I went through a rough time. But thank you all for your input. I did replace all, however, the bolts on the chains are not easy to come out. But the job is easier than I thought. I wasn't very confident. This video is great to see what you are doing, I did exactly that, but any question I had I went to the 2car pros and asked. They are really knowledgeable and reassured me I was doing the right thing so I wouldn't toast the engine. This is the best video you will find for a Malibu. My problem was Holding the chain in the marks, but I used chicken wire and did it. Thanks all for the help, thanks to the Autotech Garage for the great video.
