Thank you Cathy 🖤, I love how out of the box she is and how she gives permission to be wild with our knitting in the second book

New to knitting and your channel, but I just downloaded the app that you referenced to make my first sweater for my son. I was happy to hear your thoughts on it!!

Andrea, Yay for first sweaters!!!! Kids sweaters are great for learning on even if they can be a little fiddly for those small circumferences, keep me updated on what you think of the app 🖤

The Lyon sweater turned out sooo nice! I'm pretty excited...I'm pretty positive that I was inspired by you to want to try Suri Alpaca...I've never even seen it in real life. So, yesterday, a popular knitting store in Toronto had an online anniversary special...25% off everything. So I figured now is the time for me to try Suri. Can't wait for it to arrive. I'm going to try knitting the new pattern by Joji Locatelli, called Cake Pop. Feels like Christmas 😅

i like her books more for inspiration but i'm not sure how often people actually use the 'patterns'. there is so little information give, even on the weight of yarn as she usually just says 'basic' and it refers to multiple weights of yarn. i think it could be a lot better than it is

Stehpanie I agree that the pattern aspect is challenging, but inspiration wise I love Laerke for being so unique and out of the box in her style
