- In today's video, we jump on the band wagon and check out 3 of CSX's new Heritage Units! We visit Conrail on the CV, Chessie on the EK and L&N on the Big Sandy, taking an in depth look at the heritage units and what their about!

Bravo!! I love ALL of the CSX heritage units, and so much appreciate CSX executive- level management making this possible. Having grown up in rural Kentucky, it's no surprise that I began railfanning on the L&N; hence, the 1850 is very special to me. I look forward to your video documenting all of the CSX HU's once the program is complete!! Hats off to your dad for his assistance!!

Yes, someone else who appreciates the CSX HUs. These HUs are really nice and am also grateful that CSX is doing this. I've seen all that are currently out except for Conrail, which hasn't been in Florida in months. My current favorite is the C&O HU. What's yours?
I enjoy 1850 just for my areas heritage. ACL is nearby at the moment, and may do the same that 1976 did and run as Eastman power so maybe a part 2 in the near future 🙂

That would be called Yellow Creek, near Vicco, Ky
Are all units just a DPU? Circle logo on the front side by the walkway stairs
They are all DPU capable, those with the sticker anyways
