Want to know more about Minecraft? Minecraft is an online virtual sandbox type game where people of all ages can safely interact, create, have fun, and learn. Nearly everything on Minecraft is built and designed by the players. Each player starts by choosing a character and giving it a name. @Maniat MG not really , I've seen Andy do massive barracks, and castles. That he did a brick by brick on after a live stream, so imo, this isn't even close.

Nice build but I have one critique. The flying buttresses are not used correctly on this build. It may look decent but I prefer builds to still seem partially linked to reality. The flying buttresses should be lower as their porpoise is to support the walls where the roof would force them outward. The ones here are on the roof meaning the wall would just push out right beneath them. However they are not needed on this structure anyway since the size of the building compared to the walls is not enough to warrant their placement.

The final cathedral is really good. For it to make sense you should have made the side walls higher so that the flying buttresses connect to a side wall instead of running into the roof. You have to make the walls higher for the arcade, gallery, then clerestory. Since this is a gothic church it requires alot of light

This is so good, I love the upgrading of one beginning thing such as a modern glass 100 story skyscraper from a small retail or an ornamental Japanese castle (Himeji Castle) from a Japanese dynasty armour and weapon shop. These are so sexy

Nice Cathedral :) Only points of criticism I have is, that in most cathedrals, the side windows (especially in Gothic ones) are a lot higher, as is the ceiling & a lot of them have dual towers & an end chapel, where the Chorus is located. trust me, I live in a city with a cathedral (Antwerp). Also your groundplan (5x5) is fine to build something like this :)

This reminds me so much of the Settlers 6, where you would start with a little church and on the 4th upgrade it would be a huge ass Cathedral.
