It's amazing to see AMC doing well after all the doomsday analyses from naysayers. The stock market is a device for transferring money from the impatient to the patient - warren buffet. It's good to remind people of this right now; you buy on fear and sell on greed or just hold through it all for the long term. It’s easy but lots of people forget.
@sojakia Bridget Mary Turow is quite popular on Bloomberg I doubt if there is anyone who is serious about stock trading that doesn't know her. I'm 54 and my wife and I are VERY worried about our future, gas and food prices rising daily. We have had our savings dwindle with the cost of living into the stratosphere, and we are finding it impossible to replace them. We can get by, but can't seem to get ahead. My condolences to anyone retiring in this crisis, 30 years nonstop just for a crooked system to take all you worked for.
I feel your pain mate, as a fellow retiree, I’d suggest you look into passive index fund investing and learn some more. For me, I had my share of ups and downs when I first started looking for a consistent passive income so I hired an expert advisor for aid, and following her advice, I poured $30k in value stocks and digital assets, Up to 200k so far and pretty sure I'm ready for whatever comes.

Ben really enjoyed the video. My wife and I are considering early retirement and very much interested in the state of Tennessee. We would love to see maybe a video of affordable 55+ communities in Tennessee discussing amenities, such as, golfing, tennis, etc. with maybe some price ranges if you could provide. This isn't like a tomorrow need, but we are in the early planning stages and really interested in Tennessee.
Hi, great videos. Where would you recommend for a nice area where you can get a home with acreage and more of a country/small town feel while still being driving distance from a city convenience? I want chickens but I also want internet lol!
#REO_Outdoors: that is my Question: driving distance to “Walmart”( or local grocery): we want 2-5 acres; No county restrictions- a barn, water, sewer, electricity,; may not need a house if we can live in camper: we don’t want neighbors. I want to hunt and fish.
Ben, City data crime index for Sweetwater, TN is 345 with national average being 270, Area Vibes has crime at an F and Niche has crime at C+. A bit concerning. Please weigh in on this aspect.
What happened to number 5? Looking for property that already has rv hookups. Lost o¹ur home in wildfire in Northern California. Didn' t have insurance at the time. We also would like a garage or metal barn. To park our rv to get it out of the weather.
I'm thinking of retiring to NE TN. The area around Knoxville. I'm curious about 55+ communities. I am also thinking of the crime rates and safety as I will be a single, older woman living alone in a house. I would like to live outside the city, in a community with houses that have a nice amount of space around them, but no so far apart as to be dangerous being alone. I am also wondering about what happens in true old age. So now, I'm 65 and I still feel young. But what about when I'm 85 and not so independent anymore? Please make a video addressing the concerns of retirement to the Knoxville area.
I am retired and live in Tn and all those places he mentioned he could not pay me enough to move to those piss holes. All those places are expensive if you actually want to retire in Tn where you can afford to live then look into the far east tn area of the Tri cities you will find it way better then any other place in Tn.
Maryville is a great community to retire in. Still quite spread out and rural with it's own little "downtown" which is surrounded by all the necessities so you'd never have to leave Maryville unless you wanted to.
I could do a video on Kodak. If you can't wait for that though, call or text me or email me. My contact informaiton should be in the about section of my page.

NE Tennessee…Greeneville, Johnson City, Elizabethton. Watauga Lake is fantastic!!
Sweetwater: Peaceful, rural, city amenities; Franklin: Upscale, trails, nature, shopping, restaurants; Germantown: Entertainment opportunities, art scene, parks, picnics, Memphis music fests; Pidgeon Forge: Active senior retirement communities, mountain landscapes, upscale restaurants, golf, car shows

It’s property theft primarily. Not violent crime. Lots of meth-heads in the area.

How much are the property taxes in Tennessee?
If you go on Redfin to view properties it will show what the tax are and from what I have learned, they generally low but it depends on the area.

TN WAS a great place but it's getting way too crowded and filling up with CA, NY and IL people. Sadly alot are bringing their politics with them.
Not all people moving from NY are bringing NY politics with them. That's one of the reasons I am moving to Tennessee in Nov.
