So glad you enjoyed it 😊
There is something strange that happens when a manager or an owner is talking to a staff member versus when a staff member is talking to a staff member. When it's more of a manager and owner, it's like I'll just nod and say yes to everything they say so I don't get in trouble. But when you have staff cross training, it's more of an interactive process. There's more giggling. There's more like patting each other on the back. And that person learning feels like they can challenge with questions to the person teaching. I think the fact that you let them interact with the person that's teaching encourage them to find their own voice and asking questions rather than assuming in their later stage of working.
This is so true 👍🏾
