Shut him down! He thinks the world is against him when in reality, he's the one who put himself in this position. He wants sympathy like he's actually an innocent human being. It's amazing how we still sit here and listen to his constant dribble when he knows he's going to spend the rest of his life in jail. The fact that he keeps trying to push the envelope against the Judge and that she isn't shouting at him like he wishes she would just shows his pathetic attempts to get at her isn't working. When Brooks found out that the Detective left his phone on in the interrogation room where Brooks thought he would would be protected under the Fifth Amendment the right to silence and lost it when he found out the detective kept his phone recording while he let the room, he thought he had the detective right where he wanted!! Unfortunately it doesn't work that way!! You can leave a recording phone in the room with a suspect, but it's up to the suspect left in the room to be silent!!! What she's been doing is by having him remove from Court is taken away his power without technically punishing him and now she's planning on having the case proceed by having cross-examinations taken separately for each witness. Besides not possessing the knowledge regarding law as it applies in a court room he also doesn’t understand that lawyers can’t just sit in the court room and argue with the judge, lol. The fact he is representing himself also does not allow for him to be able to do that. At no time is it helpful to sit in a court room and just argue with the judge. A ten year old would know better. It’s annoying but entertaining, listening to him thinking he is intelligently serving himself. When in fact he is just proving what an idiot he is. @@th-sd6ni there is literally another courtroom. You clearly have not paid attention to or even seen his prior removals to make such a blatantly false statement. Courthouses typically have numerous courtrooms. He was placed in a vacant courtroom reserved for this use. He has been in this courtroom several times to date, where he can hear and see the proceedings but can be muted when it is not his turn to speak. He has signs to hold should he desire to object and can then be unmuted to do so. This prevents the defendant from delaying the trial, toward which goal he has demonstrated his intent, intimidating witnesses, which most assuredly happened yesterday and generally displaying his profound narcissism and abusive nature for all present. The presiding judge has done him a favor by keeping his big mouth ostensibly shut/away from the jury to minimize self inflicted prejudice (aside from his insistence in wearing jail garb in lieu of a suit). This judge is far more accommodating than I am in my courtroom when dealing with obstinate, obstructionist, abusive defendants. My job is to manage the forum, ensure protection of the record, statutory and precedent compliance, judicial economy and efficiency; it is not to coddle controlling pro se defendants seeking to control the court from the defense table. Bottom line-stop making seemingly factual pronouncements on matters about which you clearly have no knowledge.

Wow...I've been keeping up with this trial and each day I get more disgusted...he is truly a stain in the underwear of society. Everything he does is calculated and obstructive.

Both the judge, and shockingly the state, are being so lenient with this guy. They have given him every courtesy and chance, and have done everything humanely possible to try and get him to provide a good defence for himself and they have bent over backwards to try and give him a fair trial. At this point, nothing can help this man and I think they need to be more strict now. I heard the state prosecution even say that they had several opportunities where he had opened the door to previously non-admissible evidence, and they had the opportunity to bring all of that evidence in to play but they did not do that out of leniency and a sympathetic understanding that he doesn’t know all of the procedures, rules, and strategies of the court. No trial has ever been this understanding and lenient, and yet this idiot continues to interrupt and offend and basically dig his own tunnel right to life in prison. I know they are being this lenient because they don’t want any opportunity for a mistrial or appeals down the road, but at this point you’ve done all you can and need to be more strict. If he opens his mouth again to interrupt or falsely object, throw him out of the room and don’t let him back in.

This is the most patient judge I have ever seen. She has way more patience than I do. I would have kept them in that room muted the whole time. If you couldn't shut his mouth and just simply move forward.
How can he claim that he does not identify by that name when that's the last name he gave the officers when he was arrested?

He literally says he knows his life is over, etc. gets mad about FBI trying to get him to watch video of it, doesn’t want to watch it, etc. His whole demeanor & words scream yep I did it, but I’m not going to give you the satisfaction of actually saying “ I did it.”
