As an American, I know Noah has got to be looking at these races, knowing it's going to be hard to get gold or silver. I think you are going to have to clock just under 9.75 to win this time around. Unless Noah can accelerate sooner than the last 40 to 30 meters, I see a bronze medal in his future at the Olympics. Hats off to Jamaica. You all got those guys right just before the Olympics. I see Gold and Silver in yall future for the men 100 meters

Noah got beaten on the same Jamaica track by Seville who ran the same time 9.82 that he beat Noah by, for 2nd place at the nationalchampionship. He needs to clean up on his start because it's obvious his car can get better. If he can get his start on the same level as oblique, it's a Dun Dahdah. As far as where I think he'll end up being at the Olympics. It's a crush between him and oblique. He started slowing down before oblique but oblique didn't seem like he wanted to pass it. He started shutting it down too and he still ran at 10:82 so I believe that oblique Seville will probably run a high 9:7's to a low 9:7's and Kishane a mid 9:7's to a mid 9:6's "Neetli"!!

  • @highthoughts1

Kishane has the same potential as a younger exuberant Usain Bolt. However, Kishane has the advantages that Bolt did not have and is the most likely to dip below that magic number. I know it seems impossible, but we will see. Won't we?
Just look at him. You know when someone knows that their potential is unlimited.
It was like Shericka's reaction after running her best time for the year. Shericka is a cool cookie. Watch how she reacted. What did you think happen? Her body told her something incredible that she wished for years she could find in herself. WATCHOUT FOR SHERICKA.

Then I think the 9.5 conversations.. but right now in his novelty and his confession to still learning speed management, the 9.6 mid range (9.67 to 9.64) is def a possible ceiling expectation based on his power and speed at the moment... when he masters speed management its over for everyone!

    Kishane Thompson....
Kishane first 50m is better than Bolt, Bolt last 50m is unmatched. What Kishane need is speed maintenance endurance, he can achieve this, by doing more 150m straight. If he gets his last 50m close to Bolt, Ladies and gentlemen we are looking at 9.55. I don't this that Paris track is that fash, he many only manage a 9.65 at Paris, however, with the push from Noah and Seville, we could see a new world record at Paris.

I always said Usain Bolt and Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce were part of the golden era of Jamaican athletics, which spanned from the mid-2000s to the late 2010s. However, a new Platinum era is on the horizon. In the next couple of years, by 2026, Kishane Thompson is poised to threaten Bolt’s records, and the Clayton twins, “The Twin Turbo," will be fully loaded and ready to dominate the track. My favorite male sprinter is Noah Lyles. Yes, I’m an American 🇺🇸. I never supported or was a fan of any Jamaican sprinter. Not a fan of Seville. I’m definitely not a fan of the GOAT “Usain Bolt”. But, for the first time in my life, I will be cheering for a Jamaican name Kishane Thompson . The catch is, I’ll be rooting for him when no Americans are in the race. The reason why is because I want y’all Jamaicans stop bragging on Usain Bolt. If Noah Lyles doesn’t break Usain’s record, then I hope Kishane Thompson breaks Usain record.once this happens, Usain Bolt is history.

9.5???? Don't let a couple of good races cloud your judgement or skewer your thought processes. He is a big man. It takes a lot of energy to carry all of that down the track. There is a good chance he will be tired by the time he gets to Paris.

Kishane Thompson first 50m is better than Bolts first 50m, Bolts last 50m is unmatched. Kishane needs more 150m straight to get close to Bolts last 50m. With the push from Noah and Seville we could see a 9.55 come Paris. Kishane pickup is unreal.
