Secret escape for cross-country skiers after the Gatineau Loppet 🇨🇦 (with catch & cook ice fishing)

At my last journey to the Gatineau Loppet in Canada I needed to find a short getaway, as I was doing a long trip from Europe first to Canada to the Gatineau Loppet and a week later to USA to the American Birkebeiner. In between the two races I needed to relax and calm down.
The Kenauk Nature Reserve was the perfect secret escape for me! Ice fishing, catch and cook, a lovely cabin alone in the woods and endless skiing trails... Just perfect to relax and get new strength between two marathons.
