I’ve had it for 4 weeks now from mid chest to mid back on my left side. I have had to be medicate for most of this time because the internal burning fire sensation, complete numbness and excruciating pain has been too much for me to endure. It did not know that there were these treatments to help relieve the pain and somewhat lessen its endurance. My husband has been suffering with shingles for 2 months now.....extremely bad case, nothing has helped the extreme pain....this video has been a absolute Godsend! He’s doing better.....we started him on apple cider vinegar since we had it, airborne for a good pump of support and the epson salt baths. The baths were a nice relief and encouraged relaxing but were not a long term solution. We ordered the super lysine, probiotic and nosad. He has a very stressful job so forcing him to meditate or “breathe” isn’t easy but when he walks he says he feels better. For the neuropathy or lingering nerve pain we got a homeopathic over the counter oil that he really likes. I know when he’s tingling because I can smell the oil across the house. Good thing I like the smell. He has already had another very minor outbreak, we feel if he wasn’t taking the 3 supplements it would have been much worse. He will continue to take them and the next step is to incorporate exercise or meditation. I hope that helps.

I felt some tingling on April 12th . A few days later I was feeling like I was sitting on glass. My left thigh was burning and felt like my skin was ripping off my leg. Not knowing what this was but the pain kept getting worse. I went for a chiropractic adjustment on Friday April 16th. I went into an infrared sauna and that evening I saw dots coming out of my left upper thigh. My back felt like I though it out. My groin felt like I had been kicked in my private area. I'm on day two of rash and blisters starting, started antiviral 18 hours ago. Woke this morning and the sites of the rash (back of scalp, back of neck, front neck, jawline) were very tender and everything felt super tight. Apple cider vinegar on a cotton swab rubbed over everything made an instant difference in pain relief. It stung in a couple of spots for a second or two, but after the stinging subsided it certainly alleviated a lot of the pain that I was having. Thank you for the video. Thank you so much! Woke up yesterday to horrible headache and pain on left side of head, body and blood pressure very high. Only a cpl sores in mouth and ear pain also. It’s internal ones. I have had shingles before but a long time ago. Tonight I started getting that itchy burning sensation in my side. I am going to start this treatment to see if it will stop or greatly reduce the shingles outbreak!
I have shingles for a month now and is in excruciating pain. The nerve pain started months before the rashes came. I believe the doctor misdiagnosed me when I went first went to him complaining and describing the symptoms. I believe the correct diagnosis may have avoided me getting the rashes ; not sure though. Sorry, posted before I finished! Anyway, the headaches were excruciating for the first 5 days as I could feel the virus moving around my head. I have been doing healing meditations and positive affirmations, resting a lot and trying to stay calm. My headaches have diminished quite a bit and only had to take Advil a few times yesterday. No headache today but a bit of nerve pain in my neck so using ice pack to ease the dull pain. I note that the blisters are already starting to dry up, but my eyelid is quite swollen. I ordered the Shingles Nosode today for delivery early next week, along with a product called Wonder Salve made with bee propolis, which when applied to sores is supposed to relieve itching and pain. I feel like this protocol will help to advance the healing, while at the same time rebuilding my run down immune system. I currently have shingles for a week on my face from the inside of my ear to my lips. Last nite I woke up at 1:30 a.m. when I realized I was scratching my face and my ear. I got up and patted my face with the applecider vinegar and took 1 tablespoon of it with a 1/4 cup of water. I went back to sleep and didn't get up till 9. I have facial shingles. It is excruciating and scary but i find at the moment much difficulty in sleeping because of the discomfort. I will try the baths and apple cider v.
I drink ACV about 2tbsp in .5 liter of water every day. I have had chicken pox, but never shingles yet. But when we did have chicken pox my dad's remedy was soaking in Epsom salt baths and that was sixty years ago.

Great video and info. Will take Apple cider now. Got shingles 7th September. Thrash cleared in about a week's time (under medication) but the post neuralgia pain was excruciating. Am still under medication and have tried all sorts of skin so others but to no avail. Tried baking soda and there was some relief but the pain returned. Now I keep dabbling the area (across above stomach through underarm and on the back on the right side) and find a slight improvement from before- still taking painkillers though.

I am currently dealing with an outbreak and after watching this video I tried the bath ACV and Epsom Salt and OMG instant relief from the itching and burning sensation, I almost fell asleep in the tub!

Going to try the lysine ... I got a fever blister on my lip after Christmas with weather change and now have an outbreak of shingles in the small of my back. I had gotten exposed to a customer who husband was sick first and past it on to his wife. She had a terrible cough ... waited a few days to meet with but she really was still sick and I got a form of it. I was coughing at night and my breathing was greatly affected while lying down. I’ve lost 42 lbs. and was feeling great until I was exposed to my customer horrible cough. . I felt it broke out twice on the small of my back ... it was healing and getting much better and then flared up again and broke out a little further up the small of my back. The apple cider vinegar really helps. I was already drinking it with Keto diet. Running my heat also irritates my skin so usually turn it completely off at some point during the night.

Hi..I have had shingles since 2019, and as of today April 2/21, I still have it, however now I have been diagnosed with PHN. It is unbelievably painful in my eye and just above my eye. I had shingles left side of my head, just above the eyebrow the pain is excruciating, and cannot be touched. I use to get sick easily. Everything my kids got, I got. I found super lysine for my HS 1& 2 and noticed I stopped getting sick. Idk what in it that protects me, but it works! And cuts the time of healing if I do get sick. But I take it at the first sign of illness.

Thanks so much. I was on vacation, when I started getting a rash on the nape of neck. I had just had a haircut, where they closely shaved that area. I thought it was just irritated. Now a few days later, I have these itchy huge blisters, about halfway up the back of my head. Now they have traveled to my jaw and ear. At the onsite nerve pain use marjoram essential oil diluted in any carrier oil (olive oil, coconut..etc) and apply to the area 2-3 a day to reduce nerve pain. This helped with the tingling.

You probably have Ramsey Hunt Syndrome. It’s a type of shingles that affects head, face, ear, eyes. I’ve had it so thought I would mention as doctors don’t always diagnose correctly. Good luck!

I have been playing around with times I take my Gabapentin (300 mg). Started with night so I could sleep. Then added 1 during day. Now I take up to 4...6 hrs apart. It helps with me to ease the nerve pain. Mind you it never goes away, just makes more bearable. I will take Xtra strength Tylenol as well. Had to stop taking 8 per day. Really messed with the constitution.

I have had this since age 50, I am now 66. Coconut oil, for me, has always prevented an outbreak when i first feel the itch coming and healed the blisters if they come within a week or so. Apply 3-4 times a day. Good luck all. I have a question - i have it on BOTH sides of my sacrum. Normally only one or two small half inch or so patches with a few times 5-6. All definitions emphasize its always only on one side. Does this mean I do not have shingles but something else? I have never had any other symptom mentioned, knock on wood, just the mild local pain like a pulled muscle prior to burning itching, and the blistering.

Shingles nine now over. But the pain has remained any fix for this?. Help please.
Thank you for this video! I am currently suffering a shingles outbreak for the first, and hopefully, last time. Initially, noticed that the left side of my face and top of my head were tender to the touch. A few days later I had a screaming headache on my left side and noticed a rash developing on my forehead, scalp and below my eyelid. I couldn’t get into my doctor till 2 days later and she prescribed me Valacyclovir and immediately sent me to ophthalmology for an exam. The exam revealed nothing n my eye but nonetheless I was prescribed some antiviral eye drops which were not in stock anywhere in the small county where I live, so had to be ordered for delivery the next day. Along with the oral antiviral (which I’ve been on for five days) and the drops (on 3rd day) I’m taking nutritional supplements, super l-lysine that I had on hand, eating a healthy, albeit minimal diet (haven’t got much of an appetite) which includes smoothies made with organic fruits and super greens

Thank you for all your advice. I was vaccinated recently with my second and final shot in January 2021. Since i have had a painful diagnosis without the rash/breakout but with severe pain in March 2021 and I am currently now in the same thing all over again here in late July 2021. Should I internationally take the apple cider vinegar mixture and also purchase and take the super lysine along with Epson Salt/ Baking Soda baths 3 times a day? Im concerned to say the least because this leaves me disabled and Doctors aren't able to give pain medication that will help.
