He's the one who first showed it to me, back in the day I was into gothic stuff and vampires, ha, and he was like, " I think you're going to like this one!" My sister was very disturbed that my son and I listened to music like that together, just the band's name had her wanting to douse us in holy water!! I wonder if my son would still even listen to this group now or what type of music he might be into. By the time he died I had him appreciating classic rock, ha!

"Falling in reverse" with " i'm not a vampire - revamped" Although "the drug in me is reimagined" is my favorite of theirs. And he has the vampire fangs in for that one as well.
I would love for you to react to Dimmu Borgir, the official music videos to both "Progenies of the Great Apocalypse" and "Gateways". I remember my son and I watching those and my Lord, the cinematic greatness of those crazy vids, ha.
You really should see more CoF videos. Dani Filth has an amazing range. Look up Lilith Immaculate, Her Ghost in the Fog, Born in a Burial Gown, From the Cradle to Enslave, etc. He's less Marilyn Manson (coincidental and tangential to his existence) and more HorrorCore. I know many people who go to bed dreaming of Dani. Namaste

Should check out 69 Eyes "Ghost" sometime. Its more goth rock than metal (I think), but Id bet you'll dig the sound. Be well!

I can't pretend I was the biggest Cradle of Filth fan, more of a distant admirer, but this album came out when I was around 15 or 16 and was 100% one of the defining albums of my teenage years, along with Linkin Park's "Hybrid Theory", Slipknot's "Subliminal Verses", Lamb of God's "Ashes of The Wake", among others. I would suggest checking out Slipknot's song "Vermilion pt. 1" :)
since you mentioned gothic; i wanna suggest two songs that you may pick if you have time. one is type-o negative, "my girlfriend's girlfriend" i know it's probably safe on copyright issues cause there are a few reaction channels still have the video for years. it was an american band, their leadsinger/bassist unfortunately passed away years ago, he had a beast of a look and voice. other is from your eastern neighbour sweden, tiamat. frontman kinda looks like you, that's an underrated band imho. not many people reacting to it.
