@Chase 4014 Not really. I turn off the unit before I put more fluid in. Then I’ll blow a little into the hole. I usually put in 4 drops. I’ll turn it back on and let it warm up for a bit. If no smoke comes out, I’ll blow into it while the whistle is blowing. That usually fixes it.
That’s weird. I did that in my 765 model and it would just keep clogging up. I would practically pass out blowing so much 😂 did the whistle put out smoke any harder when you added smoke to it?
Unfortunately, quilling the whistle requires the DCS remote or app. The grade crossing sequence (F11) does have quilling, but you can’t control the quill using DCC.
Hey, Matt. Sorry for responding 4 weeks late. I haven’t had any issues with quartered drivers. Not sure if you’ve gotten this fix but if you haven’t, make sure that you put your locomotive under warranty and send into MTH or your nearest MTH service center.

yeah my 765 model came in a few days ago and the whistle steam was messed up. hopefully you don't experience the same issue.
I have the “Southern Pacific Lines” lettered version of the 4449 from that run.

Does it still have the problem of popping a wheelie around curves with too much "tonnage" behind it?
This is so cool! I never knew these one are around I have to get them they look more better and sound more better than the Bachmann Berkshire ones
