E. Gervase Warner is the President and Group CEO of the Neal & Massy Group of Companies. Prior to and throughout his appointment in 2009, he also served as the Executive Chairman of the Group's Energy & Industrial Gases Business Unit. In 2004, the year in which he joined the Neal & Massy Group, he was also appointed as a Director of Neal & Massy Holdings Limited.
In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. I liked his ideas but to me apologies are soon forgotten, in my opinion the reason why political parties and some businesses etc would not want bias or discrimination or hatred etc... to stop is because they are PROFITING from it, if being bias means a person can get a few more dollars in his pocket then so be it, everyone isn't ideological and some people are plain wicked.... so my solution is we need to find a way to make it unprofitable, once no one can profit from it then we can start working against it.
