My daughter at 5 years old was able to use a pendulum. Before GPS was a thing I would ask her to use one if I was lost or needed directions when traveling. I would completely follow her every directions. If I got lost driving my daughter took us straight to where we needed to go. Pendulums do connect on a individual personal level. My yes & no is diff from my daughter whose now grown.
I had a boy first. He was born in my birth month, early September. So we are both virgos. Now my husband said we could only have 2 kids and I HAD to have a little girl! I was told about a book written by a doctor about the timing of sex and ovulation to have the gender I wanted. Then I researched ways to really know when ovulation was happening, like temperature and looking at saliva through a telescope. I made a color coded chart and even told my doctor that the baby growing in me was a girl. Now I look back, I manifested my girl and I wanted her to be an April baby so she could tell guys she wanted her birthstone for her birthday! Not to mention my Mothers ring would have a diamond 💎. On a side note, it was very difficult for me to get/ stay pregnant with my first born. I miscarried twice, but when I decided the time was right, and it had to be this month so I could have my little girl in April… bam happened on the first try! I totally manifested my little girl! Well she is 15 now and her brother is 17.

With a pendulum, the theory is that you are a clear channel and are pulling Universal Truth through you. A lot of times people have trouble with pendulums, because they don't act as a clear channel for the Universe. Their own prejudices and biases and wishes end up coming through and influencing it instead.

Was blessed when I was 20 having an accurate reading and would love to be Of such quality and accuracy. They don’t make mediums like they once did. Why is that? I'm a spiritual person and was taught 30 years ago by a natural healer to use a pendulum to help me with health problems to know what foods and drinks I could safely ingest. To start he taught me to swing your pendulum and ask what is my sign for yes and what is my sign is for no. Then swing the pendulum and ask your spirit guides for guidance and protection to ask questions and to get the answers you need, then ask permission to ask the questions while swinging the pendulum then ask am I being guided and protected which should be answered yes, then ask is the line open which should be yes, then ask your questions, when finished thank your guides for helping you. If your getting answers that your not feeling are right or you want confirmation ask an I still being guided and protected and if no is the answer say thankyou and stop then try later. I use my pendulum most days for guidance in my physical health and spiritual help with life. Yes, you can read for yourself. It’s an old superstition that you shouldn’t read you own cards. It may be that you are too close to he situation you’re reading about to get an objective perspective, but yes, it can be done. I’ve read for myself dozens of times to tune into my intuition a bit better whenever I have a knotty problem to contemplate.
Hello Margret and Allison I have had crystals and tarot for years now but still have a problem not looking at the book info. I know I have energy with crystals as i feel them pulsating as i hold them. Please give me any info on how to trust my intuition. I looked at a new deck many years ago and opened the book I heard a voice saying there you go again with your books it was very real . For learning the Minors I would look at the numerology of 1-10. So look at all the Aces, all the 2s, etc., what does each number indicate, beginnings, collaboration, conflict, re-evaluation, etc. Then learn what element each suit is. Wands, Fire; Pentacles, Earth; Water, Cups; Swords, Air, and what do each of those elements embody. Inspiration, Worth/money, emotions, Communication etc. After that layout each suit 1-10 and looks at the story it tells you. From the Seed/Beginning (Ace) to 10 Completion). 10s are completion/new beginning.

Astrology is like a language but you need to learn the the grammar who each part connects. It takes much study and work, in fact lifetimes. I Intuition is born out of the learning. Same with cards unless you’re psychic. Don’t wait to be gifted a deck if you want to get into Tarot. I suggest a Rider Waite Smith deck to start. Most all decks out there are created on the RWS. You can also get one that resonates with you. I think getting gifted a deck is something new. Never heard that 30yrs ago.
