The lion sighting was amazing😍
He was so talkative.
Also @cherryhayz 😉
he was, you guys would have loved it!!
Nice encounter with the roaring lion.
It was so cool, he was very vocal!!!
@@exploringbotswanaPlease made a video on Cheetahs and Brown Hyenas of Northern Botswana (Okavango Delta, Makgadikgadi, Savuti, Nxai Pan…)🐆🐺. With theirs photos on the thumbnail/Miniature 👍
This is magic
Thank you 😊 glad you enjoyed it
I love watching your videos. the simplicity you carry with your trips is encouraging. I am using an old Hilux 4x4 for adventure. Its very capable. I hope to join you in one of the trips. Would like to do the Nxai National Park or Khwai. I love your Nissan Safari vehicle so much. Its a thrill to watch it doing the trips.
I saw an old hilux in Maun today, a green double cab and I said to my wife “that’s a real 4x4!!” They good vehicles!! I am sure we will meet, probably in Khwai 😂😂. Thanks for watching
Great video, well done the videographer. Just shows what an amazing time one can have without all the paraphernalia that people carry on trips these days. Simpler the better and just the right amount of giraffe shots.
The Videographer is well pleased with your comment haha, thanks for watching, i agree simpler is better!!
Absolutely agree! Back to basics Africa style camping and exploring. These Exploring Botswana series epitomise that perfectly!
I would like to see more giraffe footage- your wife is correct as always 😅
I know you!!!!!
Wow!! That Lion at the beginning is AMAZING!
It was so special,
I would like more giraffe footage always. Please and thank you
mmmmmm NOOOOOO
@@exploringbotswana I respectfully disagree. We need more giraffe content.
You folks are fast becoming one of my favorite channels to follow. Keep it up. Greetings from Kruger Park side 🫡
Thank you 🙏 this is a nice comment 🙂 one day we will visit Kruger, it’s a dream to see the Kruger tuskers
Love the Cup 🥤& phone holder, brilliant.
Some diy 😂
Fantastic and basically all to yourselves!
Yes, only had one safari vehicle come after awhile and he was a really nice guy,
Wow awesome Roan sighting! VERY rare.
Yeah they were very cool to see, on our last trip we also saw a herd of eland
Woooow!! This is a proper lion sighting.. I envy you guys for this. I've not been lucky to witness a lion roaring but hopefully 1 good day. Yes please more giraffes.. #TeamGiraffe 💪
Hey 👋 yes this was an amazing sighting! Very cool experience…..look out for the giraffe 🦒 in the next episode 😂
Great video, guys! Did you just rock up at Dizhana or do you think I’d have to book? And if so, how and where? 🤔
Heyyy!! Dizhana you can just pitch, we have always found people at the little staff camp. No ablutions just a tap, but the area is so worth it 💯💯💯
@@exploringbotswana, legendary - thanks so much 🙌🏻😎
Brilliant loved it can't wait for next part
Thank you 😊
Amazing video and all its content guys, your narration this time was exceptional. Thanks for sharing the joys of nature observation with us. Looking forward to seeing and hearing from your Savuti adventure. 😁😁Thanks for feeding those hornbills
thank you, we had so much fun making it, the hornbills were cool
It wasn't long ago you and Michaela were telling us Cat and Rat jokes🤣🤣 now you're a movie star. Hope to see you again and meet your lovely wife some day! Btw, this is captivating content. You're narrating and video editing allowed us to really imagine ourselves there again. AWESOME my bro!
Oh yeah! If I send 5 Pula is there any way you can send us a bag of magwees?
I came for the baked beans content … but got giraffes instead ….
That was cool to watch guys!
haha, sorry, about the lack of baked bean content, will make up for it in the next episode
Love the cowboy coffee, boil the filter coffee on fire for 5 minutes..
We need to try that one day!!
At 18.09, you mentioned the morning helicopter ride and lodge. Can you please spell the lodge name and how guests can book the experience. Thank you.

Fantastic video, superb editing, and narration. Loved it. Lion roars was amazing. Beautiful scenic river camp site. Haven on earth. How far is campsite and hippo pool from the main road. Thank you for the journey.
Thank you 🙏, your powerful spotlight help us see the lion!! The campsite is not far off the road, maybe 500m
❤@@exploringbotswana

Love more Giraffes 🦒 🦒 🦒
Great video. One question!!! What is the name / make of that mapbook you were using on day 2 in Mbabe? Thanks!!
By the way we take a mokka pot coffee with us 😂
oh wow thats well fancy! we used to do the same, but our moka pot is too small
Jirre , those gins = stywe doppe. Where is mine.
😂😂😂 it’s the perfect safari drink
Is your approach to advance book a campsite or turn up hoping for a vacancy?
At Mababe , you can get away with just pitching up, although you can book in Maun to. Savuti is always booked, so best practice is to book in advance, preferably a year in advance if you staying more than one or two nights and you don’t want to have to move campsites- we allay try book ahead
@@exploringbotswana Thanks.
Such a great start to the trilogy! Mababe delivered 🎉
