From the scientist's view: a conversation with Kelly Nguyen

'I realised that, even though biology wasn't what I studied, it was what I liked doing most in the lab.'
Kelly had never considered science as a career, but went from studying maths to chemistry and then structural biology. Find out more about her career path and what she believes is essential for being a scientist.
Kelly Nguyen is a Group Leader in the Structural Studies Division at the LMB. Her group is studying the molecular mechanism of telomere maintenance and the roles of telomeres in human diseases.
