Amazing feeling after. I have been doing nadi shodhan for a while now it has affects on my migraine, mere migraine attacks ki frequency aur intensity dono hi bahut kam ho gaye hain. Kumbha ki timing badhane me time lagta hai, par result zaroor ayega. Jo nahi karta woh zaroor niyam se ise practice karien.

Looking at the above video, we should inhale starting from stomach and shift breathe-in process to chest without any break or not stopping breath. Please suggest if this understanding is correct including for alom vilom. Just to mention, your videos are very helpful. Thanks for this initiative.
