Remember that this video is only based on my experience as a law student - ALWAYS make sure to follow the exam technique specific to your course/university by reading your assessment guidance and speaking to your supervisors. Nevertheless, I really hope this video will give you some useful things to consider when tackling your own law exams. Law conversion courses can be really intense but you got this! Towards the end of the video I mentioned that different modules might have a slightly different focus. What I mean is that some might pose more academic questions whereas others might get you to consider the practical implications of the law. Again, this depends on the course/university, but it is something else which might be helpful to think about when sitting your exams :) Best of luck!
Hi, Georgie, where can we find extra SBAQ pratice? I know the Law Trove for each subject they have question bank. But it looks like the question format is not that similar with the SBQA. Thank you.
Hi ,Georgie Ellen I am Harsh . I came to the Uk to study Masters in International Relations in 2019 . I left the course in between bcs of health issues . Now I am planning to study Law conversation course . To be honest while studying in the Uk as international student I also faced academic difficulties as the study system was totally different from India . Like in the Uk I had to start from argumentative essays without having any first hand experience with them . The studies were so difficult for me . I need your help before enrolling in the course . I was wondering if you are comfortable sharing the essays and courses work that you did while studying at University of law . It would be great help for me .
Hi Chloe, thanks for the video! I will be starting the PGDL in September 2024 (online full time) and I was wondering are the exams open book? Also, are there multiple options for what time to attend seminars in a given week?
My exams were open book but it could have changed so best to double check :) I didn't have options for my seminar times but my course was based on campus so I was always with the same class - not sure how it works with online classes but I imagine they'd want you to work with the same people every week
Hi dear❤please help me😢im sri lankan student.can i go to the oxford university doing the o/l exam before and the A/L exam? Please reply me soon dear❤❤❤😢😢😢😢
According to the Oxford University website, they accept Sri Lankan Advanced Level Qualifications at AAA grade. Here's the link to the website, I never attended Oxford so you're better off checking it out yourself! www.ox.ac.uk/admissions/undergraduate/applying-to-oxford/for-international-students/international-qualifications
Take a look at the sample and past papers as well - they were very helpful for doing timed questions before my exams and I found some of the questions are a bit more difficult

Hi Georgie!
I wonder if the law firms care whether you studied PGDL or MA LAW when you apply for a job or internship?
I confused which one to study
That’s what I’m wondering too
