Irreparable Rotator Cuff Tear

Left shoulder arthroscopy in a patient with an irreparable Rotator cuff tear. At the conclusion of the operation the InSpace balloon prosthesis is inserted. The purpose of this implant is to preserve the subacromial space until as much as possible of the rotator cuff is healed.
