@James Smith I read somewhere that it costs around 1 million pounds to operate a spitfire for 250 hours a year. Thats not including crashes or other emergencies.
A once in a lifetime experience. I haven't done it yet, but i will before i leave this mortal earth. Yep, super expensive, but set your goals and enjoy it.
considering the costs for restoring, maintaining, operating and renovating these planes 3000 grand is a fair price especially since its a one in a lifetime thing
