This hammock hot tent from onetigris is a massive game changer for the cold deep winter months,
hammock hot tent overnighter in the woods ,
I was a bit unsure about getting a hammock hot tent because of the weight 3.3kg and the pack size. After a solo night in the woodland using the onetigris tegimen hammock hot tent I am very happy with my new piece of winter camping equipment.

Mate that looks awesome.. i am so borrowing that!!
You carry on explaining as much as you want its one of the reasons i keep watching you take nothing for granted so beginners aren't intimidated about the whole camping learning curve. Keep up the great work looking forward to your long burn test on the wood burners
Dan, I would hate to think what your weekly food bill is the amount you pack away. Lol. I love the stove and hot tent
The best camp, love it looking forward to seeing more winter hot tent camps. Proper 😎
This set up is so interesting; never seen anything like this before! Looked like a great camp. Especially with all that food! ☺️🙌🏻
Nice work Dan, I look forward to seeing you use that setup in the depths of winter.
Well you have done it again Dan another cracking video and a pleasure to watch thanks for sharing 👍😀
Most lovely weather for tenting out. ans some solar panels you can cook food out too.
Wow! That was awesome. Love the hot tent Dan. Great video !
That's a great find. Look's amazing
Bud you only need a 45 degree elbow. Take a look at videos for snowtrekker tents you’ll see what I mean. This tent looks like a great option for hammockers who want to winter camp and be 100% covered from the weather. Thanks for sharing. Take care and stay safe.
Top content again Dan... all the best - Emma & Rick 👍🏼
Dan, love the hot tent and stove setup
No brainer, get off the cold floor in winter. Hot hammock tent😍👍
You can't beat a chicken, bacon and fruit strongbow curry! Great video 😀
Great video mate. Looks lovely and warm. Look forward to seeing you use it in winter too. Take care, Jono 😊🏕️👍🌲
Be Well Dan , love and Respect to you and the Family .
Some good hearty dinner & a warm tent, I bet your looking forward to being out there in the snow! Loved the bacon baps, I have mine with a fryed egg to add a little moisture!
Cheers Dan, always love hot tent videos. Best wishes from Northern Ireland.
That looks pretty cozy a very nice set up
Another great video, thanks bro
I can see a pomoly titanium stove in future vids 💪🏻👌🏻🤙🏻
That’s a sweet set up dude love it 🤟🏻😎🏴
The outbacker does Chuck out the heat! If you get the 45deg flue angle you need to peg the bottom of the stove down as it puts it off balance. Also get a long brush to clean your flue sections. Great video !!!
Lovely upload . Thankyou
love the set up .
Just when you think you have seen it all you see a video like this. nice one dan 👍
Great video food looked fantastic 👍
Great video
If you get one of those lights weight titanium stove's you'll have absolutely everything to to do with all different camping
👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
Thanks for the Video Dan, I bought one of those tents last year, haven't used it yet, but going out tomorrow for 4 nights with it.
What a cozy roomy set up!
Nice meals once again
You forgot your chair..always nice to be off the ground
Take care 🇨🇦❤️
You have come a long way in a year. You confidence is the most thing I see a difference in. Great Stuff.
Watching this motorbike camping in my dutch army tent. Live is awesome when you have a tent ☺️
Mate, that looks amazing..... 👍👍👍
My partner and I are testing the very same tent next weekend, before we take it to Scotland for a week in September! We’re not using hammocks as there’s two of us, and the tent seems to be designed around one hammock user. We, like you, will have a stove with us, but will be using a double cot with air mattress on top.
Great video. I think this is what I need
Another great vid fella! I ended off buying the outbacker flue elbows for my stove, seemed pricy so held back for months trying to find other options, but just went for it in the end. Very handy for my lavvu being the shape it is. Dont worry about the curry pronunciation mate! We have that argument all time up here where geordie say it differently to rest of the region. It derives from the asian word which sounded like 'Kari', but posh colonial generals saw that sound as being spelled like 'curry', so by the time northerners pronounce it from that spelling, the 'ah' sound becomes more and 'u/oo sound. Hope you're still awake if you got this far😆
Yeah it's a really nice tent that Dan the only drawback is you need tree to hang it too but if you're into hammock camping in the winter it's got to be great for that bud 👍🏼🖤💪👌💯🔥
I've been looking forward to this! :D
Me to 😜
Nice tent thanks
All this cracking gear you keep pulling out the bag !......More for me to add on the list......The wife is definitely going to leave me soon !..................Keep it coming ...lol
The fact that you’re out there eating bacon sandwiches, in a hot tent, laughing and loving it; good for you. Nice video. Hope I’m there soon. Hot tent and stove are a little pricey but it looks like a great time so definitely in the plans.
OMG I've got no bacon! I can literally smell that cooking. Drooling! Great video Dan.
I just got myself one of these hot tents. I’m excited to take it out. I wanted it because it looks big enough for me and 2 or 3 of my kids.
Hi Kenneth just don't take it out in the wind
@@englishwoodsman good to know, I live in Oklahoma USA and we get quite a bit of wind here but hopefully I can upgrade the stakes and make it work
Another great entertaining video! Nothing like a bacon sandwich 😋
And being warm and cosy 😁 Take care 🤗
I think I'm gonna buy this tent and a couple extendable poles and use it as my winter ground tent for my family love the design
Dan if you're looking for a brilliant ultra light wood burner stove check out the Pomoly Timberwolf titanium stove. Brilliant and really belts out the heat. The only snag I found was the chimney which you have to roll out into shape cos it's sheet titanium and a bit tricky first few times until it gets its shape. Other than that, brilliant stove and folds away really compact👍
that looks a very cosy setup. you would have to know your camp spot before you go i would imagine. very good video. thanks Dan and stay safe.
Hey man good video. I don’t mind the explaining at all. My friends say I overexplain but then when I don’t they ask silly questions!
Eye up lad. Bloody great video Dan, shelter looks really smart. Will be amazing when the weather gets wetter ....and colder. 😂 Keep up the good stuff mate
hey mate love your viedos
As a tight Yorkshireman, I was glad to see you ring the neck of that curry sauce pouch. Good editing and production too. Need Bacon now.
Us old Suffolk farm boys think Yorkshire folks are very faast and loowas with their cash . LOL
I bought this tent, I set it up, It fine but im going to get ratchet straps for the ridgeline. I have a nice hammock with a rain fly and bug net, which is great for my stealth camping adventures, but I dont sleep well in a hammock, so in this tent since it is wide I have a 6 ft backpacker cot, the side width is about 6 feet 2 inches, im 5"11 so this configuration works out perfectly for me. I had to get four collapsible poles for each corner, to straighten the tent out, one major concern was where I would place my stove. My idea wasnt so much the cold to have a wood burning stove in my tent because it was cold, it was to have a wood burning stove to cook because where i live and camp it rains very much, if my whole camping set up can be used to cook and relax, it could rain all day, as long as im dry and my ability to have meals, inside the tent where im dry the whole camping trip, Im perfectly happy, its a enjoyable camping trip. I bring a table, a fully charged 12v 1000Ah Rv battery, a 100w solar panel, My laptop a good bluetooth speaker , laptop loaded with MP4 movies and MP3 music, Have a hotspot capability off my phone. SO.... Im set up to actually hang out in my tent all day if its raining, having stuff to do or entertainment. So I found this tent is large enough , The hammock is my chair when not sleeping, but i pitch it upto the side and sleep in my cot with a back packers air mattress. Its about 9 1/2 ft long by 6 1/2 wide. I got a 9 by 12 TARP for a floor, thats the only thing I dont like about a tent, no floor, because I toss a carpet or floor mat so i can take my shoes off in the tent and its so much more comfortable. And trust me on this, when that fire in your stove is going, it coluld be snowing , but you can be in your underwear or nude even, to sleep or hang out, it gets that nice and warm.
Awesome mate….loved it…that tent looks big enough for a party!!….and man you need to watch the calories! Lol….don’t want to bust the hammock!!l cheers
Righteous brother
Nice mate loving the hot tent not sure id hammock in it tho id get a few pals wild camping in the woods all sleep on the floor in bivvys lol
Oh...and i found an elbow for my stove pipe, this helped in two ways, ONE the pipe wasn't so disturbed by high wind causing the tent to move around and eliminating you having to guy wire it out so much...And TWO, when you have a nice fire going, the spraks dont fall back down on your tent and burn holes through to roof. My experience about this is I have a nice TeePee tent, Its massive and 7 1/2 tall, I had to sew a stove jack into it though, well i was buring a nice fire in my stove, but cinders came down and burned a hole in the tent. Lesson learned. I patched the hole. I still use this tent as my glamping abode..but I bought this Hammock tent for my back packing or more dense woods tent. There is a camp spot That nobody wants , its in such a weird area yet this hammock tent is perfect for this odd area. The park ranger was fascinated because he couldnt even see the tent set up, which tells me the color and contures of this tent, it could be a good stealth camp set up for a homeless, No one knew I was even there with fire going even..all because I had my chimney pipe on the side not going through the top.
Ive practiced this kind of camping for years, not just for leisure, but for bushcrafting in case of SHTF, learning in the field how to survive. I have a whole plan, tons of food supplies,. the entire scenario covered. I can dissapear like grizzly adams , people dont know me. I kmow there are youtubers that say stuff like us preppers who can go off in the woods wont survive...but , you might see my youtube channel, yet you dont know me, All my weird music videos. Im an Army Ranger, been on 6 tours(deployments) was shot twice in Somolia. I actually laugh that these people talking on youtube will fail by their egos when SHTF. I know what im doing out in the sticks with a pocket knife and a rifle.... but many of these views getters actually dont.
I just bought got mine havny used it yet decent review cheers mate
Ok, you win 🏆
That is gonna be awesome when the temperature really drops 👍
Looks really good mate 👍 wish I could carry all that with me 😅 great intro btw 🙏👍
Looks kool bro cosy 4 sure anychance of sending some bacon here yum yum keep em up vids are 100% kool ok good weekend bro
No bacon left sorry mate 👍
Have you thought about making your own Hot tent Stove ?
You need to make a list of everything you need to bring and pin it to your tent bag 😁
Do longer camping video's 40 minutes + 💪 Watching from Australia 🇦🇺 Mate keep up the great work we love your videos.👍
I am considering purchasing one of these. I have a TIPI-shaped hot tent, that works with two cots, and already have the stove, but I love the hammock, and think there would be room for both a cot and a hammock, and more room (if you don't hang the hammock until bedtime) with the Tigris. Thank you for sharing your thoughts, which will contribute to my decision-making. Peace, be safe, and enjoy the woods.
Now I want a bacon sandwich 😂😂😂
Love your cutting board 💕
Hello, does it work also with telescopic sticks (trekking poles like the ones from tsl outdoor for example) to maintain the tent corners ?
Think that it won’t be long I’ll I plunge for a hot tent set up!
Yea them flat-packed burner are really good but very xspensive
New subscriber from across the pond! Love your video! Now do a hot tent in the snow and get plowed drunk and sing us some pub songs!
Is it possible to set this tent up without trees and use poles you think? Obviously I wouldn't be using a hammock. Looking for a hot tent this shape but the snowtrekker ones are just too expensive.
How are these set up.. I just bought one without looking into it and I didn't know that there ain't poles
Hi, Do you manage to have enough heat for such a volume with only one stove chamber? (ie only one stove enough?)
One last question m8 do you use the internet wen you go camping my an the wife are going camping up Scotland in the forests up thir I'm wanting use the internet up thir aswell just wondering if could let me now of what's best and who's the best to use tar m8

You’re bit Of a Woodland chef.
You must have hollow legs an all.😉

@@englishwoodsman Good man!🤣
Looks like my wood stove ,mine has oven on the side but apart from that it’s exactly the same, just checked you’re equipment list and yer the outbacker stove
Hello nice video~ did you have any amber falls on the tent? I want to try this kind of hammock camping. but need some advice for a spark or amber. Thank you for reading.
I need this 🤔👌🏻
Mr Fox will be coming in to join you , if he smells all that food !.

Is that TBS billy can? Have the same one. I made a hole in the lid so I can put my stick from french coffee press through it and make a good coffee.
Love how you tell it how it is al the time no Messing around 😂 always a pleasure to watch
Another great video, different. Not sure I would invest because of the weight of carrying but good to see nevertheless.
No HP in the bacon Sarnie Dan sacrilege bud lol, love the vid as always

I have never stove camped but I was thinking about getting one of them just for the shelter design, is it worth the 200 dollars?
👌🎥👏👏👏
That's it! Bugger the house; I'm getting this set up and I'm off.
Nice one for doing the video m8 me an my lady are going do some winter camping up Scotland I just saw the estate same tent on amazon so over all how heavy was it all to carry nice one
Damn, I hope you didn't have to walk too far buddy, lol. 😉
Us Yorkshire people know what we saying 😂
Not only is it easier to use pre dried wood, it's better for the environment... Much less PM2.5 released from pre dried wood. Not 100% sure but I 'think' air dried is better than kiln dried in this sense, as the drying process is more natural, despite not being quite as dry.
Even the best firewood you could find on a forest floor will be nowhere near as dry as pre dried, and will release a lot of PM2.5 as it dries when first added to a fire.
Apparently anyway... I'm no expert haha 🙈😂😂😂
put garlic in water before you cut it. the you dont have to cry. and more easy getting off the pealing. have a nice silent night then.
I was wondering about the airflow, do you just open either or both doors for ventilation when required?
Yes mate , it does get hot in there fast
@@englishwoodsman Cheers mate. I was worried about carbon monoxide. I think I'll have to order a carbon monoxide detector to make sure!
Any leaks in the rain ? I’m thinking of getting one. Hi from the USA
I'm finally all caught up with your vids. I'dlove a hot tent but the price of the stove (plus my lack of storage space) puts me off. I like the flat pack lighter weight stoves but id worry about them not being sealed enough to use safely in an enclosed space. When I saw a vid with a roll up chimney I was well impressed unti I was told they do not seal well. Safety vs weight=procrastination
How long does it take for stove too cool before you can pack away
About 30 minutes
Your magic. never known anyone have bacon butty starters laughing my head off
