Hmm dont know but when the balif is behind him he closes it. Maybe hes looking at the website Alex used to get his pills 4:21:55 from in Mexico. There is NO unfair surprise to DEFENSE, based on JJ DOD scriveners error. DEFENSE entire theme is that Melanie Gibb and David Warwick were present on Weekend of 9.22.19 and 9.23.19 and that police failed to look into MG and David.
THUSLY, scriveners error does NOT affect charges NOR does the error affect Defense ability to prepare a defense, the entire trial, every witness, defense asked what about MG and David? They were at loris the last night JJ was seen alive on 9.22.19 thru 9.23.19, that entire weekend.

Why does this judge think NON-RESPONSIVE objection belongs to the NON-ASKING attorney? THAT IS WRONG. And absurd. The one asking the question GETS the non-responsive objection. Not the listening attorney. The listener gets others like leading, facts not in evidence and narrative.
Unsolicuted response is NOT real legal class of anything. Its called answering a question. This judge seems like he sucked as an attorney and now will suck as a judge with these absurd rulings. He needs better research
