I've seen people make these with packing peanuts to replicate a bullet, so that it fits better in a cartridge box and makes people feel more authentic to the actual size and feel of a cartridge. Isn't this bad for the environment if a field was littered with these blanks? Do you recommend making them with or without packing peanuts? How are cleanups done, unless the paper is biodegradable? Thanks

You could use packing peanuts, I don't use them only because I do not have packing peanuts on me. If it's biodegradable packing peanuts.
