    1. *Nadi Shodhana* (Alternate Nostril Breathing) - Begin with this calming breathwork to center your mind.
    2. *Half Sun Salutations* (Ardha Surya Namaskar) - Warm up your body with gentle movements.
    3. *Cat & Cow Poses* (Marjaryasana & Bitilasana) - Flow between these poses to open the spine.
    4. *Half Sun Salutations* (Ardha Surya Namaskar) - Continue to build warmth and flexibility.
    5. *Low Lunge* (Anjaneyasana) - Stretch your hips and thighs deeply.
    6. *Pigeon Pose* (Eka Pada Rajakapotasana) - Release tightness in the hips.
    7. *Thread the Needle Pose* (Parsva Balasana) - Open your shoulders and upper back.
