Hey I noticed that your left hose was on the top and the right hose was on the bottom. I seen other videos were the left hose goes to the bottom. Maybe your coolant control valve was replaced before and the orientation was put on wrong which caused it to go bad again

White Dot is top hose

I changed mine and still have the code. Im thinking i mixed up the hoses. How can i be sure? Is there markings i cant see to determine which hose goes where? I have a 2008 with 260k. I am the third owner and i purchased it with all these codes😊

I have a 2007 Toyota Prius , just got a brand new hybrid battery , new 12 v battery , just did maintenance on it , & just changed inverter pump , but I have the triangle vsc & check engine light come on but no codes pop up , & when I try turning on the car , the ready sign isn’t their just all the lights stay lit on till erase the codes turn it back off & turn it back on & it drives smooth but they come back on after a few min. ? What could be the problem ?

Check am2 fuse under hood. They pop sometimes when water pump goes out
