Yes! I agree with you on upgrading the windows. It looks so much better.
@swisschoco25 This is a McKinney city located and Prosper ISD zoned masterplan community with no PID/MUD. You honestly can't beat its pricing (watch out for tax discrepancies and added PID/MUD) when comparing it to similar nearby communities (e.g., Aster Park, North Creek, Lilyana, Mustang Lakes, etc.) within the same Prosper ISD. If you think this community is a joke (instead of a great deal among similar communities), I suggest you drive around and visit sales offices of other communities and I bet you would reconsider your opinion.
Pulte staff in HighLand Lakes are so helpful . They have big waiting list but able to follow up as per the list. Taylor Morrison staff in this community is quite opposite. They will work as part time staff and never help to customer , all they care about raising prices, stay away from this builder to save time & Money.
When you see about 50+ floor plans, you can only see so many open floor concepts befots you start to really dislike them. Yes, you have 3900+ sq feet and yet your master bedroom is 15 x17, about 2 ftr more than you get in an apartment. Buying a home at $500K+ used to get you something that was unique, now they all look the same.
Vinyl flooring, peel n stick and average size bedrooms is a joke.
You keep posting about vinyl flooring and peel n stick on a lot of home tours and not one of them have vinyl flooring or peel n stick. I'm so confused by your posts. A standard secondary bedroom is going to be 12x12 or 13x13 in most homes... Primary bedrooms are 15x17 / 17x17.... If you are looking for bigger bedrooms you may have to consider a custom builder where you can design the floor plan and room sizes.
I agree I have been to Dallas just to see houses and all the new builds were as you said vinyl flooring
Also lots are too small like 50’s lots and 3000sq ft construction which gives you a sideyard like feeling in your backyard
