When u say most affordable is that in the range of rich 🤑 $500k homes cuz in my eyes I think affordability is the 2-300 range? Why doesn’t these new build just advertise how much so u can save $ and just by it direct with out a middle man realtor
@@re8746 This really sounds like a personal financial problem. They certainly should have evaluated what they could afford before they purchased their home.
Área is terrible and homes use poor quality materials very cheap. I got a Bigger lot and better quality home plus I was able to turf out my entire front and backyard as well. If your prepared for a no Vaseline experience like at a car dealership Boerne is the place!!! 😂
Is it possible that you could ACTUALLY show us safe and affordable neighborhoods??? Anything over 300k ISN'T AFFORDABLE! I lived in San Antonio for 37 of my 57 years. I grew up in the zip code 78216. I bought a house in Castle Hill, zip code 78213. I'm currently in the Metro Atlanta burbs and our real estate is still great and AFFORDABLE! Texas real estate is drastically decreasing every month... try showing us houses that you're not pushing to sell !

Furniture is definitely not included for the price. All the finishes in these homes are available with certain packages for sure!

@@andiegomes2764 2-300K is not realistic in Boerne. There are other areas that you can find that price range.

Friends just bought a $400k home in Boerne. They are now house poor because of a $2700 per month mortgage payment. They wish they never had bought.

I’d recommend looking into each builder in each area. The contractors for the these builders are much better than others in certain areas.

As a resident of Boerne I can attest that the area is not terrible. It is a highly coveted area for those that want a safe and friendly area to live.
I agree with you 1000%. One of the best towns in the San Antonio area no doubt.
