I met Phil Hughes at the AB Oval in Brisbane a few times, he was such a nice guy. I was on a train when I heard the news, live, that Phil Hughes had passed away. I burst into tears and a few other passengers patted me on the back.
When Smith was on the ground and he gets turned over (at 2:55 in this video), limp and barely moving, that was the moment I remember watching live. I turned to my mum and just said "mum, this can't happen again, not again." I'm so glad it didn't. Glad Steve Smith is still with us all.
