Doing this again myself in a few weeks. It’s essentially the Frank Duffy 10 mile with awkward loops and even more narrow foot paths. Not a fan of it given the size of the Pheno which has more than enough space to have a full route around the park without too much disruption to traffic. This has been sold out for weeks already unlike last years so numbers are up, wouldn’t be surprised if there was another ‘Great Ireland Run 8.5k’ mess up, with the sheer congestion of runners/joggers/walkers that will be inevitably build up on those small foot paths and loops down ordinance survey road and the 14 acres. Best to start in wave 1 to get ahead of the possible chaos!
