I’m doing the marathon this year so I looked this up. The mad thing is when you ran by the band in Castleknock I was on the other side of the road with my kid. I remember them playing that song. Well done!
Thank you , I ran roughly 40 to 50k p/w week from June and included some sprints in the training, I also did one long 36k run to see how the body would hold up a month out.

Hello, how sttep are the climbs? on the map they look quite flat...
Theres a couple of steep climbs at 17k and 30k but overall it’s a nice course quite flat
