In the pitcher is gelatin and what?? I’m not a professional but it sounded like nappage. Is that solely for the shine? If so, what can we use in place of it?
I don't particularly enjoy the taste of caramel (nor making it) but by god if this doesn't tempt me to try because it just sounds so damn good .... I might try it.
