Many trials were delayed because of the court shut down due to COVID-19. He was found guilty last year and his case is only now in the penalty phase, since the courts have reopened.

I was/am in her position but I have a daughter from my bf who was murdered and it’s so heartbreaking watching and having to tell my daughter who was 3 at the time. This past Monday we were able to see her dad ashes one last time cause we buried his dad right next to him. Since she’s a little older she was able to fully grasp what’s in the box and saying goodbye was extremely hard.

I honestly think the female defendant just needed somewhere to lay her head down at night this is what happens when unfit parents have children they can't take care of. Evelyn the "breadwinner" in the situation should testify that Hailey was coerced by her for this to happen she's young impressionable and unguided, she should also be charged for conspiracy if she doesn't ! Hailey could've got a damn job and handed her some money every month but she obviously wasn't raised right. It's sad because she could've prevented an entire murder by just having a good influence in her life.
