I had so much fun with this movie. It had a few flaws. It juggled a little too much story but like you mentioned the pacing really saved it.
If the pacing was ass, that would’ve REALLY hurt this movie🤧

New sub here. I enjoyed your review and I agree with most of what you say. I definitely think this is a love-letter for Tim Burton's fan, and it's unapologetic about it. Cast was great, and I enjoyed most of the characters. Jenna Ortega had a good performance, but I feel like we're yet to see her spread her wings with no fault to her, more a casting thing. Looking forward to hearing your thoughts in the future , man.

I can see I will be in the minority for this one. It seems everyone is loving it. I did think Michael Keaton was good but, overall it was messy for me.
It definitely was messy, but I was entertained, so I was able to look past that lol
6/10 easy. just watched the original again, and boy they lost their marbles with this one
I like the fact they used the old school graphics like they did the first one and music soundtrack. . Silly movie if you looking for something that weird. What I did not like that the villain did not get much screen time or she was easily beaten. Normally, if an ex wife is that made at you, she would do anything to get to you. She got to him and basically did. Well nothing. I do like your movie review. How are you doing today and how was your weekend?
Delores the villain was definitely wasted. She had a lot of potential, but kind of was just in the way😅
@@TJBillups Rory was more of a true villain than Delores. She was used like the villain in Ghostbuster Frozen Empire when the villain was underused.

Production was 😍. I was in awe on some parts like woww, I can't believe I'm seeing this rn 🥹. I watched the original a few months ago for the first time and while I didn't love it as much as others, I 100% get the hype! I really enjoyed myself and loved the experience on #2. Story had a lot of moving parts but it didnt mess up anything for me. How is this 30 yrs later and Michael Keeton is acting the SAME, I was blown away 😂😂❤
Micheal Keaton is a one of a kind🙂my theater experience enhanced my liking for this film❤️
