The cyclical nature of poverty and wealth in combination with the historic “late start” you could say that black people have had because they started as slaves puts black people at a disadvantage in business regardless of whether you think prejudice is still present. That is why he can say he is supporting black owned businesses exclusively because he wants to overcome this historical disadvantage.
