Thank you so much! I will 100% use your recommended strech from now on and you just gained yourself a follower! Fantastic!

You are imbalanced, & the question is, is it by injury or prodominance choice? Stand before a wall, make sure your bite is even, place your tongue forward between your your middle teeth, then bite. Stand before a wall (toes pointing to the wall). Then raise yourself up 5 times, come down to your heels then back up. This should even your body a& shoulders now try the neck stretches.

Thank you Dr. Rowe for this video! Last year I started working out on the heavy bag/punching bag to lose weight and get in better shape. It is definitely brutal on my whole body (especially being in my mid 40s) but more so on my neck area. This neck stretch technique you start to demonstrate at about the 4:25 mark works amazing and has been a game changer for me! I use it before and after my workout and it helps tremendously! OMG THANK YOU VERY MUCH
this gave me some amount of relief
I have been having nechaches for the past 7 years and all the doctors told that I have stiff muscles and need to do exercises
Recently the pain started to get worse and it started paining around my collarbone and neck region and the shoulder neck region on the right and left....the collarbone-neck pain was the worst one
These exercise helped me in the shoulder-neck region(the region btwn the shoulder and the neck) pain but the collarbone-neck region (the region right above the collarbone) does not seem to go away..
Any tips on that would be really helpful as I am having a hard time concentrating on my studies
BTW THANK YOU VERY MUCH...THIS HELPED ME A LOT WITH THE SHOULDER-NECK REGION PAIN

How about this for neck pain. 1 - stand up straight and try to keep good posture. 2- The neck stores a lot of tension and stress, this could be psychological - if you are unfulfilled in a particular area of your life work on it the stress will shift. 3 - sleep with one pillow. 4 - drink plenty of water. 5 - take your mind off your neck and trying to crack it (you will make the problem worse) 6 - exercise.

Hello Dr. Rowe. Thank you for the video. However, I have a question though. When I tried the second method, I tilted my head to the right and felt a blockage on the left side of my neck, which prevented to really stretch out and there was a slight, small pain too on the left side of my neck. But when I tilted my head to the left, there was no blockage. What seems to be the cause of this problem?

I definitely notice some relief, relaxation, and mobility. I don't crack or pop easy, so no reason to force it. It there a video for hips? I played golf competitively for 15 years and I don't have an equal amount of range of motion on both sides.

I tried these and they did almost nothing but make me feel where the pressure was. I went back to a gentle rotating movement and everything released with no problem and the relief was instant. I won't be listening to you advice in the future.
