With a 3080 you will be GPU bound yes but you can get more than 70-100fps with balanced settings. Also you getting close to 70FPS tells me you might have a driver issue somewhere. Could you share your settings? upload them to imgur and link that here or feel free to add me on discord: wildgg
@@Madewithnick uh that's odd, add me on discord if it keeps happening! discord: wildgg EDIT: just checked if youtube held any comments from you and nope, nothing blocked on my end that I can see.
@@Madewithnick dude, I know this sounds stupid but make sure you're not in 4k. I have been wondering how these youtubers are getting 70 more fps than me on streets and it was literally that simple for me also @wildgg you can ignore my discord friend invite sorry! went from around 80-100fps to 130-150 consistently.
Today I just download Tarkov to test it on Street's, And I don't know how you guys get this amount of FPS, I realize that my GPU is quite old (RTX 2080), I have around 75FPS and on Scopes 55FPS, no matter what Settings I will chose, GPU is 40-50% utilzation, And Looks like 9800x3d is also 40%, RAM 6400 cl32, Game is much smoother than my Old I7 8700k But still I think is something wrong
If you haven't re-installed windows after the upgrade I highly recommend doing so. Chipset drivers is all you should need to install for the CPU, get the chipset driver from AMD's site.
@@wildgg after this comment I just startup the Game, and Oh Lord, around 140fps, I don't know what happen but I just Update BIOS to check the x3d gaming Mod, Which I didn't turn on, anyway thank you, This game is quite strange sometimes
Fractal design Torrent as my case, one of the best cases for airflow. Noctua NH-U12A cooler for CPU, this CPU runs pretty cool out of the box btw. For the GPU, the stock shroud and fans are removed and replaced with 3x 120mm Noctua NF-A12x25 + Thermal paste has been replaced with PTM7950. (GPU is also undervolted at 0.975V)
You just need afmf2 with a amd gpu.. that’s not about cpu only, afmf2 is so fucking good. I have the same fps with 12400f and afmf2 even a bit more in 1440p And my 1% low is so much better
Frame gen is great whether you get this through an AMD GPU or the lossless scaling app, especially on lower end hardware this is game changing for a lot of people. With that said you do not get the same fps nor experience. You're not getting the same FPS as fake frames don't count imo and the experience is different because you cannot have inputs on those fake frames, making the input delay pretty aweful. Now, if you can get used to the input delay and you don't know any different, that's fine but a lot of people do not like it at all including me, I think the input delay is way to noticeable.
My input lag is 5-6ms dude.. you don’t know what you are talking about, I tried with recording with slow motion camera and compared that’s so fucking good, i just want to advice people, don’t need to buy a big config for that
Never seen streets run so smooth lol
AMD finally catched up to Streets of Tarkov💀
Rip intel 😂
oh wow that's pretty much the exact specs for the PC I'm putting together next week. huge
That overclock to 5,4 !
u can use ctrl + lmb to quick pickup from container
Very nice video :) Cheers bro :)
Wish eastern Canada actually got some lol I've gotta wait until the 22nd. good kills btw.
Just got a 9800x3D, think i'm GPU bottlenecked now with a 3080FE. getting about 70-100fps 1440p streets. 64gb6000cl30 ram.

what is the monitoring software you use that displays on top left?
CapFrameX with RTSS
is this with OC/undervolt? turbo mode on?
just seen description nvm lol
@@vsnapcity No worries, X3D Turbo Mode was not used.

what are your full specs?

make a video about your setting in msi after to show the graph
I don't use MSI Afterburner for the overlay, for the overlay I use CapFrameX + RTSS

Did you reinstall windows when you changed the cpu?
Yes. I think you should always reinstall windows if you do major hardware changes like going to AMD from Intel or vice versa.

u can have 4090 u can have this cpu but in the end, the only one that lives is the cheater with 30fps setup GG
tarkov is eating all 32gb of ur ram lol
