Thank you so much for such an awesome video again! I've just used the Drunk elephant protini but it's so expensive. Most of my creams are ceramide focussed with other ingredients like niacinamide, allantoin and centella, but not peptides and I don't want to add another serum into my routine. I prefer peptides in my moisturiser, so am looking forward to your Cerapep!

Since you talked about peptides here, have you any thoughts on Veriphy Skincare especially their 20/20 eye cream which has peptides. The brand is on the expensive side and I've used the eye cream itself and found good results. However not sure if it's worth re-purchasing.

Yes to a collagen drink video! I bought the garden of life collagen peptides supplement (powder form), and I heard these may not be beneficial because not enough gets absorbed through the body because you just pee it out. Is this true? Am I wasting my money?

Doctor, I have few questions, and hoping to get reply from You. Does peptides give any side effects on hormones? And are peptides more powerful then plant based retinol for under eyes and forehead lines? And can peptides be used with l-ascorbic acid. And are peptides better for collagen synthesis then l-ascorbic acid? Or may be 10% glycolic acid in the night is good alternative? I was advised to use an anti-aging product at night because my facial skin is very dry. Can you please comment on these key ingredients in it, Decapeptide-4, Oligopeptide-24, Olgiopeptide-73. I don't like how my skin looks or feels in the next morning. There is more dryness and scaly bits, especially around the cheeks and nose.

What is your opinion on Algenist liquid collagen? It is super pricey but it gets glowing reviews. The collagen is to big of a molecule to be absorbed but it also has peptides ingredients.
