Pork chop and pork steaks are just amazing 🤩
Thank you. Absolutely Best porkchops I have ever made. Blessings.
Probably the best chef on this app!!
I made your filet recipe with basted butter and it changed my life. I’ve always just grilled my steaks! Rosemary salt is an also incredible. This recipe looks legit too. Thanks!!
Ooohh u gave ur chefie tips here! The fat cap and splitting it so the fat doesn’t curl up. Awesome!
After many pork chop vids this is the only one that actually makes sense and looks delectable 🎉
Ive made this a handful of times now, Its so easy and amazing. I drink that glaze everytime.
Hey Sonny! Thanks for that one! We are always looking for great pork chop recipes. You should also try Portuguese Vinha D'alhos marinade for your chops. It's one we don't change, too. Oh yeah! You can thank me later. 😎
Those chops Look Amazing 😅❤❤❤❤
Swine a l'orange!

Dude you should try out achiote seasoning the for the coloring and flavor and you’ll be OOOOOFFFFFF
Blast from the past! Love it.
I love your page so much!!!
Sargeant Gilbert is my favorite spice. 🥰
In the old days, ie the early 80's, real bone in pork chops were cooked by my Ma.. They were always delicious... The dogs loved the big bones also. The og chewy toy.
Simpler times.
This preparation looks delicious 😊👍
OJ, soysauce, and italian dressing or any vinegrette. its so good for pork chop or chicken pan sauce or marinade.
Dude! You can cook!Thank you! Nom. Nom nom!
Looks so good!!!
Pork chops are notorious for cooking way too fast. This is a good recipe for sure. Just look at that meat. JUICY !
I want that chop rare! Looks delightful.
That sauce is fire!
Beautiful glossy sauce
This looks great
I am Muslim but I eat pork so i liked video
Amazing...now to ponder on how to do this kosher...hmmm...maybe lamb chops? Idk.
Genius 👨🍳🥩🍳🍽️😋
Got dang they look good
My dude! I made this tonight for my wife and son, and they absolutely loved it. Thanks for sharing 🫡
Where did you get the recipe? I don’t see it anywhere
It looks good.
It’s RAWWWWWW!!
I guess I’ll be trying this
Wow. Amazing. I’m literally going to get pork right now. Thank you
Damn that dude can cook
I've been following this method for a while and it's so good! Personally I use aromat savoury seasoning
Appreciate the last time he had his hair
The pork is a bit over but the sauce looks phenomenal!
This is very nice. Not too complex yet looks tasty. Anything with turkey breast and a tastier level using stove top stuffing?
Can you skip the orange juice? Or, is there a sugar-free beverage alternative...?
Ordinarily I’m not a big one for sauces, but this one looks amazing!
yummy, look so good.
This looks scrumptiouuuuuuuus
you really should mount butter off heat, but this recipe does look really amazing
Love how you've made "if you know you know" a punctuation 😂😂😂
That sauce sounds fire
I like to use Cannabutter to baste my porkchops, ya'll should try it!
Rueben was delicious 😋
That glaze looks majestic. 🤲
Pork shoulder steak is actually an extremely tender cut of pork that I prefer
Shoutouts to sgt. Gilbert
You are damn right that looks good 😋
Appreciate you my dude!
Somebody needs to tell my guy. If your bored saying you know or bringing in sergeant Gilbert. You can stop. Your channel will be fine. Your videos are great
That looks so good I may have to go beat up MY refrigerator! 💞
I do a oj balsamic and brown sugar reduction poured on fresh strawberries. It tastes like chocolate covered berries.
U can also deglaze with apples and brown sugar for a sweet finish
Definitely going to give this a go. The only modification I will make is brining the pork chops for 15-30 min before hand. Makes a significant difference in the juiciness when eating
I would serve these with mashed sweet potatoes with sour cream, orange juice and zest and red chili flakes.
Orange backfired didnt you see?
What's all the fuss about Rosemary salt? How do you make it or where you get it?
I want to hit the fridge. Amazing ❤
How long do u cook
Looks deliciously
Good eats😋 I hope you are paying Sgt Gilbert. He makes your show.😉
Use salted butter. It’s a savory fucking dish! Unsalted butter for baking only!
Can we have a little pork with that butter?
Looks yummy. I like mine wrapped in bacon after searing the outside too.
I'd be happy without the sauce. Chops look damn good
They do this to steaks😋
The hit to the fridge at the end again makes me like, I’m actually going to try this recipe
That hit to the fridge is him hitting us to try the recipe lol
Why not Sergeant Pepper
I want to buy a Sergeant Gilbert
This looks so damn good. I just ate and now i’m hungry again. Damnit
I'm allergic to citrus and so, I'd love if you made a sauce that didn't need any.
Ya know ya know . Love you dude. 😅
Could you mount the sauce re-using the pork fat instead of adding in fat from butter?
Bro hit the indoor fridge ‘cause he wasn’t gonna get outside in time
Back to the hair for u man. Let it grow back, up grade
Was uncooked inside. Careful, pork is not beef.
I don't eat pork. Can I use the same sauce for chicken or beef?
You know this is an old video because the tortured fridge hasn't cursed him with baldness yet
Ayyyy the hair grew back quick
No detailed recipe on YT description
HolyShit!!!!! The wife and i tried this and OMG... the Pharoah of porkchops....Yummmmmyyyyyyy
Apple Sider for deglazing!!!!
Never tried pork before, because I come from a muslim family. However I should give it a try ngl 😂
Gonna go ahead and die now. Thanks for the best last meal idea.
The first guy I've seen address bith platforms instead of being lazy! Nice
Kitchen joke: 1 of the places I worked at, 40 years ago, we had a guy named Gilbert. I spent many nights looking out the back door that Gilbert would show up to work so I could get out of work. Gilbert might have showed up 3 out of six days if I were lucky. So, every time you say Gilbert, I can’t help but laugh and look over my shoulder. However, being a Gilbert stuck with me my entire career and is what I called people who had questionable work ethic.😂 and you know how that goes in the kitchen!
Can you do with chicken ??
Thanks guys that work and the king was just here 😭
So refreshing to see something else than beef cooked. Good job!
Ok but why it pink? Idk if that’s just because it’s fresh from a butcher shop but every pork chop i cook turns white grey and caramel brown or 1/3 depending on how i cook it and how long
How do you always get that gorgeous crust
Higher heat to set the initial crust then reduce heat to cook it through.
