Turn my head for 2 seconds, look back and guys replaced by 2 bombshell blondes!!??
@@markhorness8564 That's what I said 😂😂😂
The wigs caught me off guard 😂😂😂
they're lovers if you haven't figured that out yet
Ditto
yeah..but in a good way. 90s chicken nuggets so my brain said...yeah that's ok. Metallica!!
@@u235u235u235 as in how fast it happened.
Hahaha, me also... Funny tho😂😂
No fridge destruction...
I guess these aren't the best chicken nuggets on RUclips...
When you run across wonky recipes like this, please make a follow up video showing HOW you would correct it. In fact, you could make a SERIES of RUclips vids 1st showing a synopsis of the problem recipe and 2nd how you, as a pro cook, correctly make it. We rely on your cooking knowledge to avoid mistakes, but the recipe in this video seems an easy way to make nuggets IF the best combination of ingredients was used. Please consider remaking at least this recipe the right way.
The ginger addition to this is just hilarious and a testament to the sometimes random nature of those viral food videos.
It can work in way smaller amount like it does in Japanese fried chicken or something like that but that's also in the marindate and not infused into the meat like nuggets. The flavoring was definitely just like almost Japanese fried chicken but mix into meat paste and the ratio is definitely off.
Ginger nuggets was my favorite grade school principal
Pls dont stop making this OG youtube style videos. Love love love it
I was thinking maybe she used corn flakes instead of panko.
They look tasty 😋 Store bought nuggets are so expensive nowadays. I'm definitely going to give this a try. Thank you 🙂
"That's for serving cheese, that cutting board is!"
I love these "We'll See About That!" vids, keep them coming!
a channel called "tiffin box" is almost certainly not "standard american", but probably indian, hence the garlic and ginger paste.
Was about to say so, thanks
Yeah he was getting a bit xenophobic when he mentioned that it would make it more american too. Assuming that is the only correct flavors for a chicken nugget. Kinda treating all culturees like they have to appeal to American palettes.
@@lunova6165 To whom is he being xenophobic.
@@lunova6165 i wouldn't go as far as calling it xenophobic. If there is one guy who truly tries to make things authentic, it's this guy. See his attempt on buffer chicken, tandoori etc. I guess he is just aiming for accuracy and yes, chicken nuggets as we know it has always been marketed as American. Not the other cultures don't do it their way, but then it wouldn't be called nuggets.........
Butter chicken, not buffer, stupid autocorrect
I already know the end when Sonny & Marcus taste and the fridge is safe/isn't in the vid 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Make the Videos slightly longer, do the ORIGINAL version, Taste, Discuss then revamp and make it your own, you could fast track any overlapping steps in the recipes and just highlight the fundamental differences, calling it the TDCC Remix!
I made my spouse chicken nuggets for her lunch. Mine were "breaded" with parmesan cheese and put in a separate container from her salad. They still had crunch and were very tasty. My nuggets were whole chunks of chicken breast not the blended farce style.
I don't get a crash of shakes from coffee but then mine has no sugar and I use heavy cream rather than some other creamers.
I made something similar a while back but it was chicken patties. They did the usual salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika. My hubby loved them. They'd easily make nuggets. And now I'm craving nuggs 😄
I would never think to add bouillon to the mix but now that I’ve heard it I really want to try 😊
We loved this series...please keep em coming.....VERY unique and needed.....Supply & Demand.......Thanks for sharing..Joie de vivre
I've made this but with a taco seasoning. My nephews love it.
“Yeah, cuz I’d eat it on the bus.” Got me crackin up!
What’s up DUUUUDE! Love from Australia! 🇦🇺 maaate!
Excellent info. I like nuggets but never buy them bcuz the ingredients in the frozen ones are horrendous. Thanks, Sonny.
You guys ever been to or heard of this place called Japan....where they fry things and out them in kids and even adult lunch boxes called bento.......
I loved this way more than I thought I would
The pate americain from Holland actually is Filet Americain, which originates from Brussels. Raw ground meat mixed with mayonnaise and cornichons.
Would be great to see what you would change and show a comparison side by side of the original and your version. I'm here for that. :)
I will definitely be making these. However, I will do your version with one exception. I will air fry mine. Doc said, I have to watch my Sodium and Cholesterol level.
Hey, I love your videos so much and have gained so much confidence in the kitchen because of you. Marcus, I love the fact you are testing out new ways of filming to make it more dynamic and I hate to be that person but I really liked the old way more.
I think shooting with the Easy-rig just has so many more micro jitters and the cuts are not matching as well. When you filmed everything on sticks it felt way more controlled and made for way easier viewing IMO.
(Sorry to be a Karen! This is just my favourite Channel! and LOVED how you filmed it before!! )
Another mini series that could be fun: for the recipes you don't necessarily like on "We'll see about that", you should remake the viral recipe but how you think it should be done.
Filet Americain, dude! All the best from NL!
I make my own keto chicken nuggets - delicious!!
Do you bread it?
@@angelagasparithompson3995 well, kind of. I use a mix of ground pork rinds, grated Parmesan cheese, a little egg white protein, & seasonings. 2KrazyKetos has a recipe that I’ve adapted to my own tastes.
What do you mean? No bread inside and no breading? Or you use something different to bread?
@@Mateuszyk I use ground pork rinds, Parmesan cheese, & a bit of gelatin to maintain moisture (inside only not for breading) - works great. I do my meatballs the same way except I swap chicken bouillon (again for nuggets only) for beef bouillon in the meatballs. I love watching good cooks like this guy & modifying the recipes to fit my low carb/keto lifestyle.
@@lisacee3237I enjoy keto recipes too. I imagine the gelatin would leave them a little dense and rubbery. I've never made nuggets myself, but I'll try your way (I coat and fry with rinds too) with some well boiled cauliflower mash inside.
I scrolled waaay back, it took me waaaay more than it should've. Good one, ThatDudeCanCook.. good one.
Man I love the series and your content. By the way. Thank you for wanting to hit my fridge every time I eat something good. Ha ha ha. Greetings from South Africa.
Just a recommendation for this series, make the exact recipe then do a "our/better version" to compare at the end.
really like your videos also like the live stuff with chat going havent been able to attend yet but really want to .

If you know, you know!!!!! Develop a Buffalo nugget a super spicy nugget and a lemon pepper nugget
My 3yr old niece thanks you kind sir, I've been trying to perf3ft it sbd hope she likes it
I've been trying to perfect soup in a bag for years! If you guys are holding out... you need to come clean immediately on the correct method before we run out of trees to cut and make bags from. Probably no way of knowing how many trees have died for this already.
You know it didn't go well when the fridge doesn't take a beating...
Sonny, what you completely miss about your offering is that watching you come to terms with them using ginger garlic paste, "kneed until smooth", discussing upcoming and unknown cooking steps like breading and freezing based on what you're watching, your opinion of the breadcrumbs, etc. is pretty interesting in it's own right. It's a little bit Neil deGrasse Tyson-esq where it is entertaining to watch an expert that is passionate in a specific area excitedly tell us about it. It's also pretty fun when you critique others because we kind of get to experience the same feeling such as the uncooked breadcrumbs face. Marcus is bomb btw. He makes the show.
Oh and you say paprika wrong. Almost worse than herbs.
The breadcrumbs in the video look like they are the Shake and Bake chicken breading.
I really expected the guys to comment on the tiny little action figure sized "knife" used to cut the nug. That's my only suggestion. LOL
When I was in high school in the late sixties early seventies I was in a program called FEAST. (Food Education And Service Training) The first year instructor was a lady named Mrs Haushalter and she INSISTED on white pepper for eggs. I didn’t know white pepper existed until then. I have a jar of it in the cupboard in my little travel trailer where I live and use it regularly. ✌🏼
But it smells funny
@@pakuma3 I’ve heard it described as “floral”. 😂 To each his own. ✌🏼
Try recreating turkey twizzlers ?! Let’s see about that !!!!😅
I am a red meat guy, but since I've subscribed to this channel, I love me some chicken!
It's hard to heat up my whole wok to season
Love your vids, they inspired me to learn how to cook!
Nice! I recommend the brand Calphalon if you need cookware. They make quality products for a reasonable price. I got a stainless steel frying pan from them that I love, the build quality is very solid. I would recommend anything they make for a home cook. I'm a professional cook, and I recommend stainless steel pans for everything if you don't already use them. Nonstick pans are convenient, but the coating doesn't last, the handles get loose over time, and nothing sticks to the bottom so you can't build a fond to deglaze. Stainless steel pans also last forever, you'll be handing off your cookware to your children if you invest in nice stuff.
@@tylerheinrichs2806 thanks for the suggestion!
Dubious "recipe" 🤔 Can't wait for your version of these! 🙂❤
I imagine u can make a big batch of the paste and then freeze it. Do you think you can bread them frozen and then deepfry/airfry?
Bet those would have tasted better with hoison sauce, less ginger...agree about the raw garlic.
😂 I had to do a double-take to realise you two suddenly were wearing wigs.
Spaghetti-Os in a thermos was the top when i was in elementary school! You really can't top that if you loved the Os!🤔😁
White pepper!✋😂
You know you have to follow this up with a nugget video (with 3 or 4 different types of nuggets to make). Imagine a Bearnaise nugget.
I always ate my lunch on the bus too. Haha
3:11 Dude, if you're getting jitters, anxiety and crashes from a morning coffee, you must be drinking a gallon of the stuff. You don't need some sponsored product to fix that.
Did bro just dismiss "wet hand/dry hand"? Preposterous !
Anyone notice how the chicken is basically white in the video, but when they recreate it, it's pretty much orange?
The most disappointing part about mcdonalds nuggets is that they used to have dark meat ones you could occasionally get until they committed to all white meat. I was so mad as a kid when it happened.
omg when I was going to uni the boba place near my uni used like dark meat for the basil popcorn chicken and it was so good. The exact same brand where I live use white meat and its like only ediable when its pipping hot for a few bites then its like so dry coz they use only white meat. I felt so cheated.
Have another coffee to avoid the crash😅
1:48 Sonny’s hairline is so disastrous that even his wig is receding
Nederland mentioneddddd🗣🗣
Hawaiian mac salad just aint the same without that white pepper other than that i only use for a few random things here and there
Don't like shallow or deep-frying, mainly because I never know what to do with the oil afterwards, or how long it would keep after using it, so can these be air fryer'd ?
Omg, I just realized that I did the 90ties kids 'handglasses' ...😂
Curious about the very white nuggets in their video despite using both soy sauce and paprika which color any light colored food - chicken, rice, pasta, etc.
I’m just trying to make videos as good as yours dude. Thanks so much for your content it’s gold!
make a chicken kiev pls dude
Chicken Kiev nuggets!?! Lol.
Just wondering 🤔
Based on the color of the nuggets you were trying to replicate, it made me think she crushed cheeze-its and used them for the breading.
they look like a nice couple
5:15 AmeriCAIN is the name and it comes from Belgium. Don’t forget to exaggerate (a lot) when you spread it on the bread for the best experience ✌️
Pretty cool!! 😎
Marcus! "Ginger Nuggets" lmao.
Do away with the fresh ginger, garlic and soy. Add onion/garlic powder and msg. Cut a square of high temp mozzarella and ham a little smaller than the nuggets, place on top of one nugget then place another nugget on top, seal edges. Grate some parmesan into the crumbing mixture, coat and fry. Serve with a Napolitana sauce. You have just made chicken parmigiana nuggets
I’d leave out the ginger and soy sauce. But like the recipe
I wouldn't want ginger in my nuggets! Definitely onion, garlic powders over ginger. ,Thanks Somny and Marcus! 🤘🥰
Not seen that video seems interesting but I am not a fan of chicken breast meat, for nuggets & cutlets, i use chicken thighs, pork backfat, salt 1.5%, black and white pepper, paprika, LKK chicken powder, garlic and onion powder, a pinch of ground thyme enough for a hint in the background. This channels rosemary salt would be good as well. I buy bone in chicken thighs the bones get use for stock and the skin gets used to make crisps. Freezing the nuggets and cutlets makes the breading much easier and less messy, I do flour the nuggets as this is how I was taught, using rice flour if I know someone is gultin intolerant and chickpea/rice flour batter rather than breadcrumbs.
Love your content.
Sunny, you're worth it.
Whoah, the wigs where did they come from??? 🤣
Napoleon Dynamite kept tot’s in his pocket at school, sooo….
What kind of gloves were you using? Do you always use them for handling raw meat?
Can you bake these instead of frying
Can you bake instead of fry?
North or South Holland? They're different states you know.
Also American Filet is super tasty, sum egg and spicy mato! Yum.
What kinda baby oil yall usin?
alright gents...this point forward...90s food get the wigs. Dont argue just do it! George is getting frustrated!
I ThatDudeCanCook Videos 💚
These wigs are the chicken nuggets of baldness.
Can you please make really good Mac and cheese bites without crazy spices my kid is 13 she’s super picky and doesn’t like too many weird flavors but something simple and crunchy and soft in the middle so I can make them and she will actually eat them! Please and thank you also mud water tastes like shit 😂😂 I tried it and it did not give me energy at all! It’s all just a bunch of names and it’s expensive af u may as well get armra collastrum if u get tired! It will help a lot 😊
Hi chef, I need help with something real bad. I’m from India. And here as you know beef isn’t that easily accessible but buffalo is. Would the same principles of cooking a beef steak apply to a buffalo steak. If not what would be the difference?
The bread crumbs look like shake n bake
7.3 is being generous. It's honestly about a 5 with flavors that taste off like that from the ginger and whole garlic.
What you mean is called Filet Americain!
Lars from Metallica has a cooking show?
I thought the orange bread stuff was doritos.
No nuggets in lunch box
That's sound good huh🤔🤔
Lmao the wigs. Y'all get on my nerves 🤣🤣🤣🤣
😂😂😂😂, that was great.
