We have had our Iceco JP50 for almost 3 years. It lives exposed to the elements in our ZR2. Only issue I had is the zipper on the cover broke.

When I had my fridge in the back of the H3, I built a cubby around it so it store things on top of it and not need to remove those things when I wanted to just access the fridge. But that may not be an issue since this one is being used as a freezer. Looks like a really nice fridge
That is our thought exactly. And add some clothing draws.
You know as well as anyone how limited the h3 cargo area is. 😎

After letting my new JP50 sit for 24 hours after delivery, as recommended by the manufacturer... it has a really annoying high pitch sound from the compressor area. Contacted Iceco, sent them a video and they are sending me a replacement. Happy with customer service, yes... but quality control should have addressed this before packaging the fridge up. A few other users have had this issue, but from my conversations over the phone with Iceco, they say this has never happened. The 12v cigarette plug also doesn't like any of the six outlets I've plugged into. The connection is extremely loose. Again, this also is an ongoing issue that many Iceco customers have had with this particular connector. I'll update my comment if and when the replacement arrives. Fingers crossed 🤞
That’s a bummer that you have had bad luck with yours. Our has performed perfectly. Glad to hear customer service is taking care of you. We also have a snomaster which has run perfect for well over a year but we also know of people who have had trouble with theirs which is triple the price. Hope your new JP50 works better than the first one.
I am wondering if you have any opinions or experience to share with regard to comparison between your old Dometic CFX 50 to the ICECO JP 50?
The Dometic is better insulated. That makes it bigger in total space it takes up. It also makes it more efficient. It’s a trade off. The Dometic has a better latching lid. It feels more solid. At the price point the Iceco is a very good value. Hope that helps.
