- Here is a video of the installation of a Momo Prototipo steering wheel in my 2002 Boxster S. This process would be the same for just about all 996, 986, 993 and pretty much 997's as well. Hope you find it useful !!
The horn contact is part # 96465210400
Electrical pin for steering column 999 652 639 22
The resistor is a generic 3ohm resistor from amazon

Good job! Headers don't seem to be that loud and annoying for street use. 👍 Windows were up or down?
Headers straight to stock muffler is not loud at all. It still has a little sound but I would like some more. I think I'm going to try that mod where you drill a hole in each tip. Windows were down during this but driving in the neighborhood so not very fast
Can I buy your 3 spoke wheel lol? I have an 01 S, but with the 4 spoke wheel and i'd love to see the Porsche crest on my wheel. Also nice sub!

My Momo does the same thing as far as straightness
It must be a casting issue when they make the splines. Pretty annoying because then you need an alignment to correct it.
Agree. Car track perfect but has that little tweak
Do your turn signals self-cancel like normal?
Yes they do. The hub has a tab on the back that cancels them.

But when you post a video for public consumption, are you looking to get your ego stroked, and expect only positive comments? Whatever works for you, but I hate Momo steering wheels on a Porsche. What’s next? A pine tree air freshener hanging from your rear view mirror?
