That’s why it’s important to keep improving the vehicle’s tools and features so they can do the best job possible when they’re on the road servicing Ford's retail and Ford Pro commercial customers. As part of his time on the road meeting with customers, employees and dealers, Jim met with Alex at Galpin Ford in California to hear his direct feedback on what’s working and what could be improved to make the van a nicer mobile workplace.
