I bought the same bike just over a year ago but the chain kept grinding into the back cog and sometimes came off . Eventually it snapped . Could you tell me what type/size chain I would need to replace it ? Many thanks .. ps subscribed
Hey hope you are well. I was wondering if you knew how to contact Windgoo as they are not answering my contact requests... I brought the windgooB20 and after unboxing and attaching seat, peddles etc there was absolutely no power to the bike. I then charged it up for a few hours and still nothing, completely dead. any ideas? I needed it for work and Im struggling. can i return for an exchange. Dont know what else to do. Thanks

Great little bike, I like the cruise control but not the bell I did notice a button on top of the bell is this for the horn or just decoration?
The front light of my ebike is not turning on, only the rear light. Any clue why ? My windgoo is quite new

did you buy it direct from windgoo or from a 3rd party? ill look into it for you

I leave it on charge over night all the time makes no difference. I think it's more to cover themselves than anything else
