I got one of these a few months ago. Great little bike but is starting to go rusty around most of the exposed metal parts expecially the chain, only took it out in the wet once or twice. Definitely recommend using some sort of rust protection before using it in wet conditions.
My chain looks like its going to snap its so rusty, not really sure of the solution tho. maybe a chain upgrade!
I have sprayed it with WD40 and has helped preventing it from rusting further.
@@25Zelote never use WD 40 as lubricant on a bike chain or anything that needs general long term lubrication! It is just good for cleaning of the old grease. For lubrication you need to use much more thick oil that does not evaporate. You can simply search for bicycle oil. I am pretty sure thats the reason for the rust on the chain. For other parts you can use a thin layer of Vaseline or similar options.
Great review!. Congratulations!
brought one 2 months ago the electrics went weird saying full battery then empty and then the rear wheel locked up and wont move at all have you got any idea whats wrong and if it an easy fix
Impossible to get replacement batteries and other parts from Windgoo.
I really love this bike just wish it could do more miles
An other question! Where can I get spare tyres and inner tubes? I’ve been looking online el it can’t seem find them
Thank for the video, very good. Do you know where I can service the bicycle? I have one but would like to get it serviced and no local bicycle shop is willing to do work on it due being electric...
Not that I know of
Next spot ye could do a show on the cons of your dodgy barnett.
I have this I really like it however I have just upgraded to the fiido m1 pro. Deffeintly going to keep the trusty old windgoo though as a back up.
Interesting I've not heard of that. Any good? Only I'll have to check it out
Just seen it. Its sexy... but expensive lol enjoy
@@rstv84 really good so far unlocked speed it 50kmh on just electric alone via throttle with no peddling. Peddling on top your close to 40mph. 500w motor so plenty of torque but a heavy bike at 26kg. I will be making a review in time to come. 👍
@@jonnyhall1786 that is insane speed. Faster than a 50cc moped lol nice
@@rstv84 I know mate I'm a biker myself owning a 17 plate zx6r but atm I'm enjoying the electric bikes more crazy or what!!!!
How to use the controls
Hi nice video...i see it was a year ago...are you still using this bike as im thinking of getting one ? or is it in peices somewhere lol 😁
DONT BUY FROM WINDGOO DIRECT bought one broke in 2 days the company is useless at contacting the customer about replacement or repair had one email in a month so im having to claim the money back through my bank charge back service
I got mine the weekend great for getting to and from work, could do with abit more power for the uphill but it isnt to bad 👍
Mine doesn't want to fold in half though there anything I can do??
It's stiff you have to unbuckle then lift the pin up. You can then it's just hinged. Should work OK. Let me know if you still have troublen
Not UK road legal!
Are these UK street legal?
Hi, is there enough room on the bar between saddle and handle tubes to install a deliveroo like food/shopping bag? Do you recommend any other bag to carry some shopping or food takeaway? Ta
Not really as it will hit you knees but you could put it on the front or the rear of the bike quite easily
How to turn on my Windgoo B20 front light ?
Is it safe as well for the underarm protection?
I am planning on getting one for my journey to work it’s 8miles there and back is the range over 8miles ?
are these bikes small enough to fold to travel on the bus we've them
Definitely. The only issue will be the weight but you can lift them on and fold it down on there
HOW FAST DOES THIS GO AND CAN THE SPEED BE ONLOCKED HACKED ECT?
How often are you charging it? I bought one recently and don’t really understand the battery level.
I usually charge it when it gets to 2 bars. You will learn how far you can go go on it soon and then just judge. Alternatively just put it on charge after every use that way its always charged for when you need it.
Hello, can you attach a trailer on the bike?
I don't know why you would want to but I don't see why not!
How about charging? Should i wait to fully discharge the bike before i charge it? And should i charge it to full battery always?
I run it to 2 bars then charge. Lucky if it does go flat you have pedals ha. Always charge to full battery. How you enjoy it
how long would you say it lasts in minutes etc
Hi everyone Can someone help me get a replacement battery as Windgoo do not have this. Thanks in advance......
ill speak to my contacts for you
Thanks for getting so quick. The B20 battery is listed on the Windgoo website but it will not accept any delivery address or address combination. I emailed them and they say it is not in stock. If you have another option that would be good. Cheers
@@ToHugh They are having stocking issues within the uk at presant, i will ask if they know of other locations to buy, they have sent me to amazon before. ill see if they can send me a link to the part and ill let you know!
How was your experience with Windgoo?? Id decided to buy the bike after your video and following your link and didn’t even get a confirmation email… how long did it tske for you to get your bike?
Not very long. Thank you! I got a notification I had a referral thanks so much. So they have got your order I can tell you that much. Im oterry sure they have UK holding so should be within 5 working days. You'll love it. What are you going to be using it for. Have you checked out my playlist about it
It's called electric bike.
@@rstv84 Phew! Relieved to read this as haven’t heard from them at all. Looking forward to use it, mostly planning on using it to go to my gym as it’s quite a bike ride and would arrive already tired before even starting to work out!
Seems like a cool bike, I used to have Inmotion PF1 couple years ago, it was a good little ebike.
I’ll check your video out later on!! Thank you
I just bought one, I really like it but I really CAN'T fold it, it's so hard do fold the bike in half and i still didn't make it. Any suggestions to solve the problem? Pleasee
It was stiff when I got it too. I it did loosen over time quite quickly maybe a bit of wd40 on the hinge will help
I think you will find your problem is related to the spring loaded hinge lock pin. You have to lift the pin to release it . . Then it folds 'bit stiff but wouldn't want play in such a important joint . Good luck.
@@sftatat Exactly! In the manual isn't written and i took a bit to figure this out 😂
Also one page says it does 20 miles and another page said 13 ?
13 miles and 20 kilometers maybe?
How low off the ground will the seat go whilst still being rideable? I am a short arse 😂
Really low. You will be fine. Haha
can you put a link up for the seat post please
I did a video on it and the links are in the description. Check my channel out buddy
Would this be ok for someone at 6 ft 2?
im 5'11 and its fine i think you might me at the limit but i dont see it being an issue, also make sure the seat is at its max height!
Grate. Thank you.
Can I use this on the UK roads
Yes for sure. It's large enough you feel safe. it even has brake lights...
But is it legal..350 watts..
Can you send the link of the seat
It's one one of my other videos. The unexpected good upgrades.
Where do you get the suspension seat from?
Check out my other videos I have one about the upgrades and links to them.thanks
@@rstv84 thanks I’ve ordered my bike and I will be doing these upgrades 😊👍🏻
How far does it go on just charge
I will be doing a video on distance soon.
How does the throttle work?
turn it on, pedal then twist after you start moving.
To much talking
How many miles does the battery do please
Around 13 miles
