Guy here, always glad to see women out enjoying and loving life. The excitement at the start of (and during) a road-trip is something I love. I'm always sad when a trip ends but I remind myself that so long as good health remains future trips are possible. I hope you ladies have many safe and fun adventures ahead. I'm off to the Smokey Mountains (Robbinsville/Fontana Village) in a few days for a car event, so I'm chomping at the bit to fly through the remainder of this week so I can get on the asphalt. Ya'll are having too much fun! That road next to Gateway Restaurant goes to Spruce Knob. Highest point in WV and a pretty nice overlook. And speaking of food....the cicadas are edible. But not as good as the coconut cream pie at Gateway! I stayed in a "no tell" motel in New Mexico in '18. Woke up in the middle of the night with a dam scorpion on the ceiling over my bed! Left the lights on all night and was very careful where I stepped/sat/laid. And I agree, WV is a motorcycle paradise. Great video! Happy Trails!

When riding long distances on a bike there are only two things that matter. YOU ARE SAFE AND YOU ARE HAVING A GOOD TIME. You ladies look like you are doing both.

My wife and I Rode 370 miles round trip from the east to The Gateway Restaurant for pie ! Your video inspired me The scenery and the trip was well worth it ! West Virginia is a awesome motorcycle riding State !

Yo that rotating restaurant at the top of the raddisson in cinci is so freaking good. Pricey but absolutely worth. Strongly recommend. I go there every time I'm in town.

At just shy of 5 minutes you briefly mentioned riding together. I feel that it's very important to at least have similar riding style to the person you are riding with. And communication is also important. Nothing worse than having your riding buddy decide to cross 3 lanes of traffic to stop at a burger place last minute and almost get ironed by a motorhome. I really feel like riding styles, and comparability for group rides, really should be a topic that gets addressed more.
You were Dayton Ohio, you were staying 10 minutes from my house lol wish I would of ran into you. Next time you come through I can give you some good spots to eat. Keep up with the awesome content
The part with the cicadas was hilarious. From someone that lives only 20 min from Dayton I can relate to them darn bugs. They also love the thump of a Harley. Seems to draw them in. Harleys and lawnmowers. Setting at a stoplight I has seven that I could see and count on the bike and my jeans. Darn things were everywhere. Glad they only come around once every 7 years. Ugly, creepy and pretty much harmless to humans unless you hit them at 60 mph with your face shield! YUCK! Some of the best story telling on RUclips. Awesome videos.
Ughhh yeah, we hit a few of them at highway speeds and you'd think that with their size, they'd actually crack a windshield or visor on a helmet. such a loud "THUNK!" lol!!! Thanks for watching :)
