The most powerful lessons I have taken from watching similar wonderful videos such as yours Lea, is that it is our governments that tell us how bad other countries are. People are the same all over the world and the most generous are those with the least. Thank you, your story is enchanting.
Very nice your story and your video, with all the 90,000 km of experiences traveled, the places, the people, the climates, the problems and the wonders, what brutal trips. One billion congratulations. Again Thanks Lea. Greetings from Argentina.
Wow Lea, Utterly brilliant 23 minutes of video, I cannot wait to read your book, my dream would be a in person signing of your book Thank you for sharing your experiences through your book and these video's you are an extraordinary human being
Such an amazing journey Lea! The world and it’s people are certainly unique and beautiful in many ways. Thank you for this wonderful documentary! Ride safe!
You have made a dream come true. Imagine seeing a big part of our world. Travelling alone. It makes me jealous. The best part is that you are sharing your jouney with all of us and makes us a part of it. Thank you so much for sharing. Best regards from Denmark
Hello Lia, your book has arrived with me, cover is superb, so simple but tells us a lot, have not started to read yet as once started I will not do anything else, I will have to set myself a time to read and only a chapter or two so I can savour every moment. D xx
Wonderful Lea, you really had an amazing experiance that probably changed your life. I will buy your book to know more about it. Thank you for sharing this adventure and the perfect video
I had not realized you had written a book nor done an around the world 90K trip, you continue to inspire me for more and greater things to come from you. I will get a copy of your book and read it with such an envious mindset, knowing it’s something I now will never be able to do, but can live vicariously through your adventures all the more.
Thank you so much! I did the worldtrip long before I had this channel here on RUclips - but documented it very much on Instagram (that’s why I have about 20.000 pictures from the trip but not much video material...). I hope you enjoy the book!
I have loved following your Incredible journey. You are one of the few people l can truly say have inspired me. I aspire to do what you have done. Even though I don't buy many/any books now.. I'll buy your one.
OMG! Such an experience that must have been. Your book have been ordered. Having followed you and a few other travellers, I’ve learned a lot about the people around the world. How much kindness there are between humans. Countries I used to categorise as dangerous, now seem like just as friendly as everywhere else. Travelling like this doesn’t seem dangerous anymore. Thank you! :)
I am very happy that you experienced so many parts of the world - and that it changed your perception of many countries. There are always so many friendly and awesome people living everywhere. Thank you so so much for supporting me with buying the book - and always being such an active part of this RUclips community. Let me know how you will like the book!
What a beautiful video. Unfortunately I only came across your channel on your recent Nordic adventure but after seeing this brief look at your journey around the world I will Go to the beginning to watch again. I also look forward to reading your book from Amazon. Take care, see you in the next video. 👍
There are unfortunately no videos from this worldtrip - I only started here on RUclips recently with one of my later journeys to west Africa. That’s unfortunately all videos there are about the worldtrip...
It's too bad we were not able to see the world trip on video as you are doing now, but everyone has the opportunity to experience it in your book. I read Elspeth Beard's book who was the first woman to traverse the world on a motorcycle back in the 80s. She basically did the same trip as your video shows here, but without GPS, cell phone, or even a good map. Not to downplay your courageous adventure in any way, it is an incredible feat. One day when you are old and grey, you will be sitting in a rocking chair, and these images will be on the shelf and on the wall, showing you as a young woman, doing these amazing things. That is called a truly successful life.
Yes I am full of admiration for her. The first trip that I did when I made my motorcycle license was from Munich to Istanbul - and I had no gps and no working mobile phone either, just paper maps. I can’t even imagine anymore how I survived this trip 😂😂😂
Traveling through Arab countries, Pakistan and India as a woman, A LONE WOMAN - is absolutely crazy... You have NO IDEA how lucky they were to not get raped and/or killed... You have no idea... If you are a German reader you can as well find it as “sag dem Abenteuer ich komme”. The German version of course is a little bit better as it is the Orginal one 🤗
You accomplished the dream ride. Most of us just think and dream about doing something epic like this. While we were dreaming about it,, you actually did it. Well done.
Surprise, what a life. Have only followed for a short time, but with this summary, we can only lift the hat. Respect. Is this the only video from the long journey.
My wish to do the trips, but no confidence, lac a lots of technical, geography, electronic gadget etc , but still keeping my finger cross , but you are full of all those I lac , hats of to you , I do enjoyed watching your ride , be blessed enjoy & cheers
It's really fantastic, Big Respect and thanks for every video and your adventures around the world🙏👍 And now you've put the Crown with the book on it all ✅ Great! Greetings 👍 🏍
Most men want to drill every day .Some guys are expert in drilling ....while some are destined to using a hand drill ..Personally I like to screw .Screwing is far better than nailing .Not one nail in my patio.
Very cool -- I'll have to read the book. When I was in Romania in 2012 (bicycling from Turkey to Croatia) I crossed paths with a German guy who was heading for South Africa by motorcycle...
I just finished reading your book. Once I started I couldn’t stop so finished it in a day. Loved every page. It reminded be of “Motorcycle diaries” only much better to read. Oh ... amazon would NOT let me leave a review on the book as I hadn’t spent enough money with them in the last 12 months! I wanted to leave 5 stars.
The worlds people are good and beautiful, travel and the world will open to you, especially when travelling alone. Great trip, will order the book. Thanks for the good example You give!
I hope one day I can make a journey like that, it's one of my dreams. Its amazing to see all the adversities you overcame. And after less than 2 years with a license being able to do this trip is amazing, I admire you, I do.
One thing I noticed in your various travels was all the smiles on peoples faces enjoying life with little or no material things. BTW- I live close by and ride the Taylor park area where your video shows that Tin Cup General store in Colorado quite often. Just hung up my WR450 trail dirt bike and moved into a BMW 800GS so looking forward to similar adventures. Thanks for the video will order the paperback. Keep safe.
Wow...just wow! I am definitely going to buy your book, since I have been smitten by your video and message it carries. I don't know what I have been waiting for all this time to travel on my motorcycle!
This is absolutely amazing! It must have been really hard for you to show this trip in just this episode. It was amazing but I think I missed a lot. But I think you are one of the bravest people I ever seen!
An amazing journey! You are an inspiration! I'm showing your video to my daughters. Hopefully they will grow up to dream big and to be as courageous as you are!
Great video Lea and an excellent teaser for your book which I am looking forward to reading. It's been great watching your channel grow and watching your explore the world. Looking forward to the next episodes in your life. Ride safe 👍🇬🇧
You have the privilege of being called a child of the planet earth. Undoubtedly, you have earned it after the creation of such an incredible memory album full of awesome scenery, acquaintance with different cultures, and vibe experiences from the globe. As it seems, there is still a lot to see and enjoy, further enriching your already rich collection of experiences....As for us the simple watchers, thanks for sharing it all. A copy of your book will be added to my library shortly,
Inspiring, Lea! Not seen such a great long-trip video since this American 70+ guy on his last long trips to Alaska and elsewhere. You have plenty more to offer, look forward to it!
I haven't watched a nicer and more inspiring video for a long time. I am simply impressed by your courage and enthusiasm.I love people like you.Greetings! 😊
What a fantastic video! Thank you Lea for the continuous inspiration and motivation you transmit on your videos for everyone to get out there and enjoy our world as much as we can, either by motorcycle or any other form of transportation! You're truly awesome and finally I can't wait to get my copy of the English version. Keep it up, you're doing great!! 💖👍
@@Got2Go I'm loving it, although today I felt sad for you after reading Igor's revelation and his stupid proposal but I'm sure more exciting things are coming ahead!! 💖
Hey Lea, That was fantastic to watch... Yet again. My paperback version is ordered. Cant wait to read it. Hopefully the few Euros you make per copy allows you to continue making your amazing vlogs, and worldly travels. Regards , Alex.
Wow! Your place is so beautiful and your journey is so amazing!. By watching your travel video I somehow as if I travel with you.I have seen through your video places I wish I could go too but I know is impossible, beautidul places, thank you! Keep safe always. From the Philippines !
Wonderful editing!!! I would watch a longer version of this, but I’d also like to read your book. Looking forward to picking up a copy for myself! I recently started riding a Tiger 900 Rally Pro and hope to soon begin documenting my own travels. Ride on safely!!!
Oh that’s a great bike - I think it improved a lot from the tiger 800 that I drove. Exactly - read the book to get to know lore about this trip! I as well don’t have any more videos than these - I didn’t film a lot back those days...
Lea, oh how I would like to ride with you on such an epic tour… I’m in my 70ties now so that will not be possible. At least there are your video’s and now there is even the printed book! I hope there will also be an audio-book in time so I(we) can listen to your beautiful voice telling about these amazing story’s! Got2work on that girl…
Congrats to your new book. I ordered it immediately. I'm impressed you really kicked this off and did what was meant for you to do. In the Karakoram I expected you to climb the K2 but maybe next time?
Maybe next time! 😂 But there is one of my favorite stories in the whole book that takes place in Pakistan close to K2. I hope you will like it! Let me know!!!
I just come across your channel. So you're like Itchy Boots' channel too. Riding solo on a motorcycle around the world too. Amazing 90K km travel in only 22 mins! Thanks for showing!
Great review of a great journey. I have just ordered a paperback copy of the book to find out more. Thank you for sharing this with us! Keep riding and stay safe :-)
Bonjour , quel courage de se lancer dans une telle Aventure !!! mais comment financer un tel voyage? je m'évade avec vous ... Merci et j'attends la suite de vos superbes vidéos...
For us who want to do this type of journey but we don’t, it strikes the emotions very easily. Like we’re “lost” and have let ourselves down maybe? This video and the courage to do this journey is incredible....
@@Grateful4Today I haven't been around the world but I have over 125,000km on the three Tigers that I have owned and I have never had a major issue with any of them!
Fabulous video. Yes , you are a very courageous lady . A special person who has touched many lives , positively. It is a pity ' you tube ' did not promote your videos more . Maybe now your viewing will shoot up to where it should be. The very best of luck for your future. Thank you for sharing this amazing part of your life.
Im considering doing something similar, searched on YT found this and it has encouraged me even more. Brilliant editing, leaving out 1000s of hours coz theres just so much, cant be easy.
I have read your book on my kindel and was blown away buy it.I have ridden most of Europe and would love to do a round the globe trip but at 56 and family time is running out for me but so good read about your trip
Your travels are amazing but your ability to tell your story and carry us along with you is what is really special. Your cinematography and production is better than most television networks deliver. As an adventure rider, I dream of taking some of the journeys you have taken and I wish I could capture the memories as you have. Do you also do your own video editing? Keep the videos coming and I look forward to getting your book.
That’s great, thanks for supporting me and getting the book! I edit a lot myself but as well have some help of a super talented editor from the Philippines who works on many of my videos with me meanwhile as I don’t find the time to do the whole editing. (On this one I for example edited the whole beginning of the video and then I had no time to Finnish and he took over - and then I again do an edit in the end to be happy with the final version)
Loved your video, bought the book. Cannot wait to read it on my Kindle whilst I am out riding! Great editing as well. I hope if you ever come to the Oregon coast you will come stay with us! One of the best travel vlogs yet...it made me want to take off for South America tomorrow, before I get too old, LOL
Sounds like you had an amazing trip 😎 And yes you will find kind people everywhere in the world. Unfortunately a small minority spoil it for the rest of mankind 🙄 Take care and keep riding 👍
That’s very true! I always say: you are never alone if you don’t want to be alone (I had a quite lonely phase in South America because it just felt very good)
great determination and courage after your first spill, we have all been there, not an if but definitely a when. Well done Lea, I'd be interested to know what trouble you got in to with the MC 1%er, as I was a full patch 1%er many years ago, I would have commended you for your trip and made sure that no trouble came your way if you had visited our chapter.
Just bought a copy of your book. Looking forward to reading it. My wife and I have just been watching your series on crossing the US from LA to Miami, we are enjoying it immensely and picking up tips for our own travel in New Mexico, Utah and Colorado

Awesome editing and the background music is mind-blowing!

It was worth the watch! Kudos to you for having completed a solo journey around the world spanning 90k kms. You inspire 🙌🏻
Thank you!
Great photography. Now I look forward to reading the book. Cheers Lea
Thank you!

Thank you for your support. Let me know if you like it - it’s a very personal one!

4:25 We can only grow if We try things even if we don't master them yet.
"Thank you for this sentence" Lea
Your video and content complimented with your soothing voice and delivery are just incredible. LOVE THE CHANNEL!
I would watch this again on Netflix and a longer version too.
Thank you! Unfortunately I didn’t do many videos on this trip...
Habe den Buch schon bestellt!!!🤩
@@Got2Go which bike it is ??
Great review of a great journey. I have just ordered a paperback copy of the book to find out more. Thank you for sharing this with us! Keep riding and stay safe :-)
Thank you so much for supporting me! And let me know if you like the book!!!
@@Got2Go I will !
Bonjour , quel courage de se lancer dans une telle Aventure !!! mais comment financer un tel voyage? je m'évade avec vous ... Merci et j'attends la suite de vos superbes vidéos...
Oh, wow! Oh, wow! Oh, wow! I cried during this entire video, it was so epic! And, yes, we've ordered you book! Can't wait to read it.
For us who want to do this type of journey but we don’t, it strikes the emotions very easily. Like we’re “lost” and have let ourselves down maybe? This video and the courage to do this journey is incredible....
A German girl, from Munich, traveling around a world on motorcycle. What is the most surprising here? She rode a Triumpf! Not BMW:) Unbelievable:)
Tigers attract people who roar! The roar transcends borders.
I personally wouldn't have set off with a Triumph bike, I wonder how many issues she's had with it..
@@Grateful4Today I haven't been around the world but I have over 125,000km on the three Tigers that I have owned and I have never had a major issue with any of them!
Look forward to reading your book! What a journey you are so brave.
Thank you so much for this nice comment. I am very happy though with this amazing community here in RUclips!
Im considering doing something similar, searched on YT found this and it has encouraged me even more. Brilliant editing, leaving out 1000s of hours coz theres just so much, cant be easy.
Fascinante resumen. ME ENCANTA.
Traduce tu libro al español, por favor….😉
I have read your book on my kindel and was blown away buy it.I have ridden most of Europe and would love to do a round the globe trip but at 56 and family time is running out for me but so good read about your trip
It’s never too late! I met many people in their 50s, 60s and even 70s traveling the world!
Es war wunderschön mit dir um die Welt zu reisen 🙏
Danke!
Женя Молодец !!! Настоящий русский мужик. Респект тебе.
Bad Arse... Congrats. Thanks for inspiration. Fantastic video. Looking forward to the book.
The earth is stunning beautiful, with all kind of life on it.
I just love listening to your voice! You should be a narrator. Now i have to check out the book.
Sounds like you had an amazing trip 😎 And yes you will find kind people everywhere in the world. Unfortunately a small minority spoil it for the rest of mankind 🙄
Take care and keep riding 👍
Good luck for your book....I follow all of your video....your story telling is amazing....soon you gonna hit million view ....mark my word...
Thank you so much!!!
On a solo motorcycle trip around the world you never be alone.
That’s very true! I always say: you are never alone if you don’t want to be alone (I had a quite lonely phase in South America because it just felt very good)
Thats probably the best moto travel video I've seen on youtube. Amazing job and thanks for sharing with us
Thank you so much!
great determination and courage after your first spill, we have all been there, not an if but definitely a when.
That’s great! Let me know how you like the read - the book is quite different and much more personal than the videos here.
Thanks for supporting my trips with your buy!
@@Got2Go I will let you know my thoughts on the book it is next in my queue for reading.
You are making better programmes than the BBC. I need to ask them for my money back. We should now pay our licence money to LEA TV.
Thank you so much for your always so encouraging comments!
