Oil for cooking
5 cloves minced garlic
14 oz sausages, sliced 1/3 inch thick
1 lb shrimp, peeled & deveined
12 oz mushrooms of choice, I used baby Bella
2 cups heavy cream
2/3 cups milk
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
Minced parsley
1 lb fettuccine pasta
SPICE BLEND
1 TBSP paprika
1.5 tsp dried oregano
1.5 tsp garlic powder
1.5 tsp onion powder
1.5 tsp thyme
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1. Heat up some oil and cook minced garlic until fragrant.
2. Then add sausages and half of your spice blend. Cook for 2-3 mins.
3. Then add shrimp and cook for another 2-3 mins. Then remove from heat.
4. In the same pan, add your mushrooms and sauté until slightly wilted.
5. Then add your heavy cream, milk, Parmesan cheese, parsley, and the rest of your SPICE BLEND. Cook this until thicken.
6. Then add cooked pasta. Top it off with sausages & shrimp. Enjoy🙂

I’d eat mushroom appetizer with chicken cajun alfredo. Maybe there’s a Cheesecake Factory copycat recipe online. That mix you made is nice, I’d eat it with garlic bread and no pasta 🙂🌷

Mine almost cried at the amount of dairy that went in as I made it, so I left with very little of the cream, milk and cheese. He was happy after that alteration and I was crying cause our mushrooms clumped with the spices in a not so nice way xD Guess one has to compromise in a relationship 🤷♀ Good dish, though ^^

It’s called a molding helmet it is used in babies that are born with Plagiocephaly which means one side of the skull sticks out more than the other mi son had one it creates a shift in the skull formation to even out the skull cause the skull is still fragile therefore moldeable

I make home made alfredo sauce, but adding the flavors from the pan is a real upgrade and the shrimp with sausage is much easier than doing chicken. I love chicken alfredo but I dread the chicken part. Ty so much for our new regular. 😄

Advice from a Louisiana Native , when using Cajun recipes with sausage , always try your best to get andouille sausage as that’s the sausage we use for EVERYTHING BIG DIFFERENCE much love ❤❤❤
