I love how all the soldiers and generals realize that everything that happened before was meaningless compared to death and all bowed reverently to her for the wondrous gift she gave them...a truly beautiful scene
This is such a minor thing, but I just realized that one of the things I appreciate about this drama that I think help adds more credence to the story itself is that THEY DON'T FIX EVERYONE'S HAIR. Everyone is a hot mess in this wind and the battle, and they don't take time between shots to make all of their wigs look perfect every time, and it helps the viewer to feel that this is real for the characters and not just a play they're all acting in.
I loved that everyone was covered in sand and the guys' hair was a tangled mess. Also how everyone's pristine clothes were dirty as hell since everyone was essentially rolling around in dirt and sand. And finally, there's no excessive blood spitting that xianxia is known for 😂

Love Li yi tong's role in Love between the fairy and devil! She's so damn pretty, so excited for her Si Ming drama with Tan jian ci Note : She is the same character in this drama but just her story and how she got to where she was at the end of the drama!
There was a fan made video with the song surrender about their relationship growth ive watched the last 2 years and suddenly it's gone! Are they removing fanmade videos? I love this show. Recently got someone else to start it. My daughter also loves it.

Her acting was absolutely phenomenon but this is the best scene but also the saddest part of the scene. So emotional 😢
