    I love the tunnel mouth there, some express mainline trains at speed would look awesome coming in or out the tunnel

    Looking very nice. A layout is like landscaping - never completely finished; always in transition.

    First off, well done Doug for the wee scenic section. It really has neatened up that corner nicely. Second, the two Road fiddle yard is a great idea for the upper level as it means (with the loop) you can store three trains (or more) while there is another running on the main circuit. Third, the lift out section will really help set the scene well while still making the lower tracks accessible 😎
    As for the shots at the end, I love that section where the Radial tank crossed the bridge with those lovely as the 060 and it’s Mk1s snaked through he cutting and into the tunnel. Now that part is covered up, it really does look like the lower level train disappears through the wall rather than skewing left to rejoin the fiddle yard. 😉💡
    I look forward to more mega progress while Doug is still there to help you out. You really do make a great team 👍🍀🍷

    You don't have too many Locomotives, and you ain't gonna stop, and ,I don't blame you!!!! Just like me,as soon as you spot another onell you like, especially if the quality and the price is right,you're gonna get it!! it'sonly natural!!!!l

    6:07 a curve that gives hope for all trying to squeeze in to a tight area. Makes me feel I’m my layout still has a glimmer of hope to hit the heights of what you have achieved. Great work.

      Thanks. We have gone as small as 7.5 in radius in OO but 9in radius works better, although you are limited to what locos and rolling stock you can run

    Hi Mike and Doug, sorry I haven't been commenting for a bit - been a bit of a busy summer and I hope I haven't missed too much! Awesome video with lovely detail and all looking really professional. I can remember years back before 3d printers!!

    What kind of card did you use?

    This layout is looking very special, and you can never have too many steam engines. At the point of repeating myself. I just love these steam engines. Question: What will you take on when this one is finished, and apart from the "Shed layout" what are you going to call this when it's all done.😊

    Hi, looks very nice, I also am constrained with limited space so I use first radius curves so I mostly run short locos or railcars around my layout. I use Roco R2 358 mm curves at the moment. My questions are: Where can I find the Jouef curves for sale? And what model number is the Adams Radial loco?

    • @BudgetModelRailways
      @BudgetModelRailways  8 месяцев назад

      Hard to find the Jouef track , I use ebay. Will check the Adams number and get back to you

    Why are you running wrong line working?

    • @BudgetModelRailways
      @BudgetModelRailways  11 месяцев назад

      We don't worry about that sort of thing

    • @BudgetModelRailways
      @BudgetModelRailways  11 месяцев назад

      There is in fact only a single track running lines, all the others are going into the fiddle yard
